I said exactly the same thing when I heard this and early this week his wife was begging people to drag their neighbors to get registered and show them how to vote. Last weekend when the racism charges started hitting I figured his internals were going south. Now I am convinced with the old standby social security.

A shame it isn't true. From an ideal standpoint it is clearly illegal and unconstitutional, and from a practical standpoint it is inevitable that it and similar entitlement programs will lead to economic destruction (not to mention the fact that it has artificially inflated the cost of health care so much that some average workers can't afford it any more, while their tax dollars go to pay for it for other people).

I have heard for 25 years or more how Republicans will cut Social Security and Medicare from people. Yet yearly there are increases and Bush set up the prescription plan. Do people think this is some hidden way to steal benefits by giving more benefits?? Like Charlie Brown and the football, seniors fall for the lie every 4 years!

Millions could easily be saved through efficiency and stopping the Medicare fraud we hear about almost yearly! The savings alone would extend the life of the programs.

According to a poll published today by the Associated Press, Obama has sunk drastically in the polls during the last week, since word of his Marxist-style plan to “confiscate the wealth” of Americans was revealed during his encounter with an Ohio plumber, named, Joe, on the campaign trail.

Praise the Lord for that. He does have a sense of humor, after all.
