Mentally challenged man says his vote wasn't right (ACORN ALERT)
WALB ^ | 10/17/08 | Jen Emmert

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - There are allegations of voter fraud, as a Dougherty County family claims the vote of a mentally challenged relative was stolen.

They say the adult day rehab program where Jack Justice attends took him to vote, without the family's permission. What's worse is Justice says the person helping him wouldn't cast the ballot for his choice for President.

Jack Justice has been voting since he turned 18. Typically his family takes him to their neighborhood precinct. This time Primus Industries, his adult day rehab program, took him to vote. His family was shocked, but what shocked them more was that Jack claims that his aide commandeered his vote.

ACORN has registered 24,664 voters in the county, officials said. That compares with 39,600 for the whole state, according to the group's Web site.
Think any of these might be Illegal???

If he didn’t want to vote for Zero, I have to question whether or not he is truly “mentally challenged”.

He sounds pretty smart to me.

What a disgraceful thing for them to do to this man.

FReeper Calpernia posted earlier that ACORN registration fraud insures illegals and low-income housed will fraudulently decide who the next President is.

MODUS OPERANDI Several states have pre-pledged their 2008 electorals. New Jersey, New York, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Connecticut have embedded into law a total of 187 pre-pledged electorals. Electors by law will vote for whomever receives the most popular vote. Also means that, nationally, only 83 more electorals are needed for Obama to win.

ACORN's activities also facilitate ID theft which their chosen candidates use in campaign finance fraud to circumvent FEC laws.

Not to mention ID theft re ACORN's involvement in the subprime mess.

MICHELE MALKIN EXCERPT House Republicans removed one pro-ACORN measure from the $700 Billion rescue bill - torpedoeing a provision devoting 20 percent of all profits from the bailout to a housing slush fund - which would've funneled money to ACORN and similar groups. In its place, however, ACORN's favorite lawmakers - led by Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) and Barney Frank (D-Mass.) - got ACORN-championed "foreclosure-mitigation" provisions into the rescue bill .....During the floor debate on Friday, Reps. Frank and Waters assured Democratic colleagues that they had personally lobbied Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson on these measures and would press him to consent to "do the kind of loan modifications we've been urging." Waters exulted: "We're in charge! . . . We own them now." If the banks don't write down enough loan principal to keep Rep. Frank happy, he threatens hearings and new legislation......with the backing of ACORN. ......... ACORN President Maude Hurd warns that her "members plan to hold Secretary Paulson accountable and ensure he uses this authority to make streamlined loan modifications a priority for struggling American families."

Of course not, these were just members of the underserved and poor community. >sarcasm<

After all, this county has a lot of homeless and minorities, right.

If we loose the election we have lost capitalism, free markets and property rights. We will become the new workers paradise.

It isn't "pushing to a limit", it is felony vote fraud, and the person who did it should go straight to jail for the next ten years. Also, one vote for Obama should be extracted and destroyed and one for McCain entered.

Is it any wonder Obama appears so confident? This is probably happening in special care facilities all over the country.

It is indeed. And at meth clinics, homeless shelters, halfway houses, you name it, the cheaters are there.

Sounds like the mentally challenged dude got it right and they wouldn’t let him vote for his choice. You can bet on who they wanted him to cast his ballot for? It starts with a O.

Thanks, Calpernia. Speaking of ACORN, look at this; Fair and Balanced, huh?:

Tom Brokaw Involved in Soros-Funded Charity that Funds ACORN
Oct 17, 2008

“Meet the Press” interim moderator Tom Brokaw sits on the board of a liberal foundation that has given radical left-wing group ACORN $821,000 and that in turn is funded by liberal uber-donor George Soros, research reveals.

Conservatives have long considered Brokaw’s political views to be somewhere on the left.

Brokaw sits on the board of the Robin Hood Foundation,

The Soros Fund Charitable Foundation, as in George Soros, a major bankroller of the left, gave the Robin Hood Foundation a $9,859,453 community development grant in 2000.

I am ashamed that Tom Brokaw is from South Dakota. He really should know better, but since he doesn’t, he should be from Massachusetts.

One can only wonder how often this scenario is repeated across the country, where some unionized caretaker votes for a handicapped patient illegally - for the Democrats, of course. This is just another aspect of the multifaceted Dummycrat fraud program. It's not limited to ACORN.

If we lose the election, we have lost ...

If we lose the election, it may well be because of the 'Rats organized fraud that hasn't been investigated and prosecuted to any large extent by authorities. How many fraudulent extra votes will be cast for The Messiah?
