You know Clint, that civility of McCain gets on my nerves as well, especially when he continues to try to be nice to the very people seeking to destroy him...... BUT, I really believe that this is just who John McCain IS. He really believes you get catch more bees with honey..... and all that stuff. I think he’s wrong, but I don’t think he’s gonna change.
But, it does drive me nuts. It IS possible to hammer at your foes with a smile on your face. He showed last night, with his brilliant performance, how it’s done. I really wish we’d see more of that type of thing on the campaign trail. It works.

i heard somewhere that all sides need a few bastards - i appointed myself as a ‘right winger’ bastard - and when i hear someone say ‘tard mom’, i reply in kind with some filth that would burn your ears
not saying it right - but i believe that civility is lost on people like that
