I’m not an expert on either religion, but it just seems like Muslims enjoy lopping heads off so that would have been my guess. Never thought deeply enough to get into the subservient nature of Muslim women, so I’d guess you’re probably right.
This ‘chopping’ wasn’t for enjoyment, it was for self defense. Also, if I may refer you to the image in 22 and let you decide if it looks like women from this part of India are Muslim. :->
