TV is on in the other room. I just had to go look at the guy behind McCain. Eeeewww!
McCain is getting a good reception and a lot of laughs. His comments seem to be a lot of double entendre types. If he were serious in tone I think Obama would be squirming. Oh, geez, he's now praising Obama. I give up! I am sure that Obama is not magnanimous enough to be too kind to McCain.

One of my dear FRiends Fr Paul who recently died use to announce from the podium for the Al Smith Dinner.
During the last presidential election the dems tried to get him replaced at the dinner because he was a radio host at wabc and was known as a conservative.
