A pledge like that wouldn’t surprise me at all — especially from a group that spawned Ayers and his group. They would’ve needed a pledge that was binding such as that to even have a chance at carrying out their plans...

It reminds me of when many of us were warning Bush that Putin was STILL a Communist! And, incidently, Putin was quoted as speaking to a COMMUNIST PARTY meeting just last week (they’re back, and not pretending anymore). He has also called for putting back together “OUR UNION”!

Just as back in the 60s these groups had ties to Moscow, and Cuba, I wouldn’t doubt that they STILL DO. If you look at the causes and the people surrounding Obama, my “wild conspiracy theory” of the Communists and Islamo-Fascists working together to take down the US becomes more and more plausible.

Just add in the connections in Kenya (Odinga & the Islamo-fascist genocidal “muscle” he used to gain power), Indonesia, Venezuela & Chavez, Iran, Syria, Hamas in Lebanon, Hezbollah in the Middle East AND South America, etc... and you will clearly see we are not merely up against Obama in this war (and it IS a war), but we are up against some VERY determined groups whose goals have not changed in decades (centuries when you take into account the Islamo-Fascist ties). This election is but one “battle”, IMHO.

These people haven’t changed a bit, IMHO. Ayers may not be setting bombs off, but it’s not like he’s not still working for the same goals - to take down the U.S. and destroy Capitalism. He is STILL a Communist Revolutionary, and I don’t think it would take much to push him back into his old ways - he’ll just let the “youngsters” do the “work” for him now...

Good analysis. One SDS member in particular is of interest. Mike Klonsky, during this time he became maoist communist. Was one of the first Americans to visit China when Americans were not allowed into China for various reasons.

Recently, within the past 10 years, he drive a taxi in Chicago and thru his earlier connections with Bill Ayers, he was hired to a position at the University of Illinois as an instructor or chair of a class or section call “Child Educational Workshop.” NO sure of the exact name.

Both Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn are admitted communists.

Since I'm a child of the 60’s, we had to sign a document before we were employable stating that we were not communists and that we did not “pal” around with commies.

That's why Ayers go a job outside the country working as a merchant marine about a ship with a foreign registry.

Ayers’ father was a very wealthy, of great means serving as the CEO of Common Wealth Edison. One of the nations largest electric power producers.

Ayers, like Marx, is just a upper middle class spoiled child who never grew up and never learned to be grateful for all the world provided to him. Neither probably ever did much in the way of real work.
