Great but can they be effective before the election. This should be immediately turned into a question as to the ability to have a fair election.
In the 15 states effected so far all votors should be required to show a valid Picture ID issued by a State or federal source. IE... Driver’s License or a US Passport. In Obama’s case his Indonisian passport would be ok.
If the FBI finds even (one) violation, the USAG should have the authority to require each do exactly what you said. If it is a state with a Republican Gov, he or she should sign an order to have it carried out. Of course, I wouldn't expect a dem gov to do that. Hence, the Fed AG's order to override the state in that case.
