Just the other day here on FR, there was a report by some guy that apparently lived in the area, stating that the ice had built up at an unprecedented rate, that snow was still left from the past winter deeper in most places than he had ever seen it and that this summer was the coldest in 18 years.

But what does he know?

He sure is stupid to think he knows more than those guys in Silver Springs, MD.
