I personally see McCain as Frodo, the Conservative base as Sam, Palin as Aragorn and Obama as Smeagol. I think Sarumon is the liberal/marxist movement and Gandalf may be the spirit of the Founding Fathers.
I hope Sam and Aragorn can keep Frodo on the right track to destroying the ring and Sarumon, as Smeagol meets his reward in the Fire’s of Mount Doom. I guess if these assignments are correct then Wormtongue is a collective of the RINO’s in the Senate. I know this sounds terrible, but if I were Joe, I’d be concerned for my safety. Think of all the loons who have stolen signs, thrown fire bombs at signs, destroyed property of McCain supporters. The heinous t-shirts and name-calling and violent wishes. The woman in Texas who had the Secret Service show up at her door because of a bogus “death threat.”
