I guess to Joy, Joe the Plumber, should fantasize about being a servant to Obama, to spread the wealth around, and not have the American dream of being your own boss.
MurryMom has fantasies.
In the Obama economy we'll all be "community organizers" and we'll get rich sitting around registering each other to vote over and over again.
In what economy is a good plumber not able to find work?
(sound of crickets chirping)
The point raised by Joe is, in whose economy does he get to keep more of what he earns?
It's just what they do. Instead of CREATING NEW WEALTH--
Hussein just wants to 'spread it around'.
Sickening---but it WILL buy lots and lots of votes.
McCain needs to put out "Joe the Plumber" ads which convey that Obama wants to take your money and use the government to "spread it around". And hard working people cannot afford that.
Ideally there would be a moment of a cow mooing with a picture of Obama next to it, and a caption that says:
"Obama sure is spreading something. You can't afford his plan to take your money and "spread it around". I'm John McCain and I approved this message".
The Hollywood nitwits now get to hate on Joe.
Having looked at your responses on other threads....why are you on Free Republic?
Turns out ole Joy (what a misnomer) is the worst of the worst in a tightly fought contest .. even Whoopi (I read here yesterday) kinda defended Sarah Palin.
But, Joe the Plumber has the left in total knots. They can’t handle it ... this late in the game, after all they’ve done to assure an Obama victory, out of nowhere comes Joe the Plumber and focuses the public’s attention in plain English on the harm an Obama presidency can do with Obama himself stepping deep into it.
They just can’t handle the truth.
Joe the Plumber is a dangerous man in the eyes of the Left. They need to neutralize him quickly, but the Conservative fire continues to spread. If you haven't seen the ABC Good Morning America, you must. Diane Sawyer handled it well, but she clearly was not expecting the interview she got:

Actually Bush warned Freddie Mac and Fannie May several times about the alarming number of subprime loans. Democrats fought tooth and nail against any reform. We’re all paying for the Democrats mistakes now. You “blame Bush” folks forget that Democrats have controlled congress for 2 years now.
What is amazing is that Obama gets away with calling what he wants to do giving a “tax break” to others so they can be where Joe was 5 years ago, when he means he’ll be giving checks to people who don’t pay taxes...that’s not a tax break, it’s a welfare program, but of course the MSN won’t call him on that, especially an old lefty like Bob Schieffer.
As long as the 'love the sinner' part is still 'operative'!
Only if we register as Democrats.
Up until her name has been posted on FR as being on The View, I never even knew who she was. I've never watched that show or in fact, any programs on any of the major networks.
Here is how we, “the right” need to answer these idiots who want to “spread the weatlh around a little bit”.
The average income is 50K per household in the US.
Now take Blowhards salary as an example and then tell her that since the aveage is only 50k, the govt will take all but 50K from her to give to others less fortunate than her. I bet she throws a fit on the spot.
“Joe the Plumber fantasizes about having a $250K income, when hes more in the $100K. In the Bush economy Joe, the registered Republican, is lucky to have any kind of job let alone a business making $250K+ yearly.”
The Bush economy was not doing bad considering what the country has had to deal with in the last 8 years, at least not bad until Democratic housing policies came to fruition.
Mom, why must you save your snarky comments only for election years? Please, share your (ahem) thoughts more often.
I can understand your being upset; it's not often that you witness your candidate destroying his own chances by telling the truth. Even someone as Leftie as you knows that the Average Joe voter hates socialism.
Apparently he currently is a partial owner of the business, and is considering buying the other owner(s) out.
Of course, now we’re going to find out every detail of Joe’s life, since character assassination is what the media knows best.
