I agree about Odinga, I just don’t see where verifying the eligibility of a PRESIDENTIAL candidate is nonsense. It should be no problem to hand over a copy of his Birth Certificate to a Court of Law in order to get the charges dismissed, but that’s the point. He has already (supposedly) given this document to bloggers, but he won’t give it to the courts? And, that doesn’t bother you in the least?

That is what York was told. That is not confirmation. This has no more validity that the denials of the Obama campaign about Sarah Palin’s “grandchild” that ran wild on DailyKos. It is only what someone says. That doesn’t constitute proof of anything.
Who placed the call? What was the purpose? Why would it be made up? Who could possibly gain; either campaign.
I know what these Nigerian e-mail scams are as I have received a number of them. This was not of that category.
Do I believe it? I neither believe it nor disbelieve it. Not until I know what and who caused it to be placed there.
Could you please debunk the “birth certificate” issue for me? I have suspected until now it was real and not being reported, and would appreciate your insight.

The real nonsense is that Obama has not disclosed one single shred of official proof he is a U.S. citizen.
Aren’t you afraid though that the American people are not fair-minded, and that nothing uncovered will in the least will sway their socialist inclination? People in NC are poised to elect a liberal woman to replace E Dole just so that they can defeat a Republican.

This is the truly scary part, we have extended voting privileges to people who aren’t qualified to decide what they are going to eat at their next meal and they are deciding who will run the country. Some forget that all things are decided at the margin, if you have what is basically a fifty fifty race a few new kooks can make the difference. When I was a lad there was a documentary made that showed how one vote could actually decide the presidency of the united states. Some people don’t wish to believe that but it is true and that one person can be someone with an IQ of eighty under our present system. Then again a few kooks can screw thing up so that the House of Representatives makes the actual decision, ain’t that a comfort?

The Palin “grandchild” rumor was an Axelrod operation; preplanned when she hit the campaign trail. There is very little comparison.
