That's the Way the Cookie Crumbles - Cindy McCain wins the cookie contest with her oatmeal-butterscotch recipe against Michelle Obama's shortbread recipe!!!
(Excerpt) Read more at boston.com ...
Whew..than GOD we won something. Sheesh.
Shortbread? Is that really a cookie! I knew there was something wrong with Michelle. Now I know.
This is one indicator, the other is Halloween Masks, but that is messed up this year, Obama is winning, McCain/Palin combined are beating Obama.
The other ones are:
1. The winner of the Redskins game the weekend before the election, or the Monday Night.
2. A poll of third graders
Mmmmmmmm...shortbread cookies from Panera Bread are my favorite.
I thought the Redskins trend was broken in 2004.
Cindy McCain wins hands down over Michelle Obama in every category I can think of.
That she does! Wonder if Michelle’s gonna go on a rant now that she lost accusing the judges of racism? Those darned ‘evil white conservative’ judges!!
Yes, shortbread is a cookie.
Maybe bitter SOUL BREAD has something to do with it.
Have you read Family Circle or most any of those type magazines recently? There ain't nothin' conservative about them.
Gosh, I hope Obama comes up “short” on November 4, as did Michelle’s “short bread”. . .
Nope... the Presidential race was decided in June, when the Lakers made the NBA Finals...
Since 1960... every election year where the Lakers made the NBA finals, the GOP candidate has won. In every election year where the Lakers did not make the NBA finals, the Donk candidate has won.
100% accuracy for 12 consecutive elections.
Wow, didn’t know that, thx for that info!
It was.
A british biscuit knows as Buttercrisps are the most heavenly thing you will ever put in your mouth. Thin crispy shortbread with butterscotch candy flakes baked in.
Oh my.

Michelle Obama's shortbread isn't shortbread. Shortbread contains nothing but rice flour and soft wheat flour (50/50), sugar and the purest fresh butter obtainable (and a dash of salt). It should make your teeth squeak.
