The Answer is in Chicago

Gang,

The answer is in Chicago -- well, maybe it is, and maybe there are more questions, too.

I called the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and spoke to a competent young man who told me that nobody would be required to check Obama's citizen status except the state government in which he resides and votes.

So that would be Chicago. That is the place where the proof of his citizenship would have had to have been established when he first registered to vote in Illinois.

What we need is someone in Chicago to investigate the circumstances and documentation presented when he first registered to vote there, whenever that was.

One place to check only -- it simplifies it considerably.

Someone PLEASE get on this!

It's entirely possible that he committed fraud back then, but we need evidence of some sort.

Are there journalists who still have some ethics that you know in Chicago? Please talk to them and ask them to investigate.

Berg’s website is www.obamacrimes.com.

Perhaps there is info within the lawsuit about registering to vote.

When I registered to vote in OK, I had to provide NO proof of who I was thanks to Motor Voter. I have never provided a photo ID to vote in Oklahoma. On the voter registration there is no evidence required that you are an American citizen — only your signature says you are following the laws.

Check out registration forms from other states at GOP.com and I would bet their is no requirement in most states to prove you are a citizen to vote.

To get a SS card you have to have a valid birth certificate BUT I called the local office and if you are here legally, you can give a BC from any country to get a SSN. SS does not require you to be an American citizen according to our local SS office.

Congratulations on finding a way to use the words “journalists”, “ethics”, and “Chicago” in the same sentence!

Chicago has been its own criminal island since Al Capone showed them how to run a city.

(grin!) All kidding aside, I would venture that John Kass, journalist with the Chicago Tribune, has ethics.

(There, I used all three in the same sentence, too!)

He’s written for many years on the Chicago Outfit and the Dailey machine. If approached I bet he’d check this out.

Although Bart would be more thorough.....

On a more serious note:

I seem to remember that Congress is responsible for the certifying of a candidate for President.

But if Obama was born in Kenya and only had one American parent, that disqualifies him doesn’t it?

One needs to prove one is a citizen of the United States in order to register to vote.

Someone needs to find out what document assured the Elections office that he was a citizen. Did they look at a birth certificate? Was it the same as the one posted online.

Then would come the question of whether the online BC is valid.

This *is* serious. Yes, technically, it’s the state in which he registers, but he could do so in a city election.

We have to know whether Illinois ever saw proof of citizenship and what that proof was.

If they didn’t see a BC, then it would appear that there are truly good grounds for seeing it now.

I have a question. When adopted by his stepfather, Obama’s legal surname was Soetoro.

Unless he had it legally changed, then Obama is an alias, correct?

Is that something that would be considered a fixable technicality in terms of the election? Or would it be a big deal if he has voted, married, held office, etc using an alias?

Name changes are public record. Has anyone looked? If not, I have more work to do.
