That's not rape.
Hogwash. Sexual compliance under that kind of duress is most certainly rape.

Hogwash. Sexual compliance under that kind of duress is most certainly rape. Was she threatened physically? What about telling Ayers to stuff it? She couldn't walk over to the door, unlock it, and leave? I'm not saying what he did was right. It was something wrong, but it doesn't sound like rape to me. She says herself she wanted to prove she wasn't a bigot. She complied. It was slimy, but based on the details she provides, I don't think that's rape.

To any men who can read this. Compulsion in sex is rape. I have 3 daughters. If any man ever rapes one of them they can expect a few grams of steel through the head at around 2,200 fps. Just saying. You commit crimes like this you will pay with your life and soul.

Hogwash. Sexual compliance under that kind of duress is most certainly rape. I agree. It is also kidnapping. Proving these charges may be difficult but an ambitious DA would not hesitate to file charges if the woman was credible.

Removing her ability to leave the room would likely be considered Abduction or Kidnapping under state law. After removing her ability to leave the room and telling her that she had to have sex with two different men before she could leave the room would certainly seem to be coercion. Coercion is an element of the crime for rape in most states.
I'm not well versed on Michigan law, but I believe that the elements of a crime for rape are there; (i.e. She was abducted in the room and coerced into permitting two men to penetrate her sexually before she was permitted to leave.)
Proving the crime would be a more difficult matter of course.
