Removing her ability to leave the room would likely be considered Abduction or Kidnapping under state law. After removing her ability to leave the room and telling her that she had to have sex with two different men before she could leave the room would certainly seem to be coercion. Coercion is an element of the crime for rape in most states.

I'm not well versed on Michigan law, but I believe that the elements of a crime for rape are there; (i.e. She was abducted in the room and coerced into permitting two men to penetrate her sexually before she was permitted to leave.)

Proving the crime would be a more difficult matter of course.

Proving this in a criminal court would be difficult because of the lack of independent witnesses and so whether or not the facts are as stated would be her word against the alleged perps words.

OTOH, if the facts are as stated here, then it is rape, and kidnapping, as you cogently pointed out.
