Billings, Mont. (AP) -- A judge has put gray wolves in the Northern Rockies back on the endangered species list about seven months after the federal government took them off.
The order from U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy in Missoula means the federal government must either drop or overhaul its proposal to strip wolves of federal protection a process likely to drag on for at least several months.

“I think that they have moved across the country...saw a wolf...in S.W. Virginia...”
I have property in West Virginia. There they say they have seen coyotes much larger than the western variety. Also they seem to have learned not to howl. Perhaps your husband saw a large coyote.
Let’s let the newb have a chance. I have seen him post on several threads and they fit well with the general FR flow of threads.
His tag line suggests he may have been a long term lurker before he signed up.
Also, “Newb” is a relative term....Newb.
Shhhh.
1/2 wolf, 1/4 Malamute, 1/4 German Shepard seems to be my favorite mix. Big, smart, stout, and loyal... and it'll kill anything it needs to. My last one tussled with bears for fun.
Yes they make excellent "pets" as far as any working canine makes a pet...
No, they taste more like dog.
I am not being humorous.
Grow a thicker skin.
No.
“Wolves back on endangered list in Northern Rockies “
What happened? Exxon find oil there?
No, they're just being crybabies cuz they keep running out of wolves... somehow ;)
Actually, they are really becoming a problem in places, and with gazillions of square miles of back woods for wolves to populate, the concern was to get the federal monkey off the back of homesteaders, farmers and ranchers, allowing shoot-on-sight for problem animals, which is bound to happen anyway under the 3S plan (natural law in these parts).
Thus an offending animal (or pack) is more likely to be reported, and it's (their) collar(s) (if any) turned in, as folks would rather be honest and helpful if they could be.
But small minds in DC and the bunnyhugger community would rather use the force of law where it cannot possibly be enforced, and where it goes against the will and right of the people- Hence the 3S Plan will continue to thwart their silly games.
I offered you some good advice and you refused it.
I have a feeling my Wolf wouldn’t like you. (cooked or not)
OH BTW: You need to KMA! YFD!
They do make good dogs. We just recently had to put down our 17 yr. old. His last son is the only one left.
Definitely agree with the manners thing. This place is not like leaving comments on Youtube.
I kind of feel guilty for my reaction. (first post in the morning and all)
However, when I was a Newb,.............
