“Now why don’t you take your BS attitude and go somewhere else. There are enough trolls on here without you helping them out. McCain/Palin are winning and there is not much you can do to stop it, try as you might”.

...I don’t like being clumped in with “The_Republican” and his remarks about McCain/Palin being dead due to polls. I spent 6 hours in the 90 degree heat yesterday waiting for Palin in Richmond and it was worth every minute. I work for my local campaign and have spoken at several smaller rallys. My attitude is that we’re winning and will only lose because of ACORN BS. Which would be horrifying.

You don’t have to pressure McCain to be cowardly and fade away into the night.

Why don’t you want them to fight?

You want to give up? Play the game like Obama wants?

I can guarantee you they want McCain to lose gracefully and they are playing on his claim to fame in the Senate of being the only R that would stick GWB in the eye. That is why they loved him. They hate him now.

You might as well forget trying to talk us out of fighting against Obama. Won’t work

We care about this democracy - Obama cares about setting up a dictatorship with you minions paving the way.

A democracy can be lost in one generation - so get out of the way. Some of us intend to defend it.

How is it hurting our cause?

Is our cause to cave in to Obama?

Is our cause to not let the public see the man that will take America away from them and turn it into a Cuba, and he will be the “benign” dictator promising government funds to all. Until elected.

Then the squeezes start coming. Notice the shutdown in free speech in the universities? Notice that Democrats get away with stealing elections, fraud, anything? Republicans do not?

And you are blindly going to follow?

You think Americans are so foolish they can not see POLITICAL CALCULATION here?

So then you think Americans are blind to political calculation on Obama's part?

You seem to be considering only one part of the equation.

Oh, the dictators will be easy. He has already set in motion the means to be able to sit down with them and negotiate. Negotiate what? Sapping the funds of America? Creating a world dictatorship?

It will be defending America from enemies that Obama won’t be able to handle.

There is no love of America in him. He sees the world through racist eyes. He has never lived in the heartland of America to understand what America is.

So, we put the top position in America into such a person’s hands?

Don’t think so.

What do you suggest we do?

Get rid of Sarah?

Get rid of McCain?

Give up?

Just how are we to do what will help us?

Which goes to show that you do not like real conservatives - you must be a RINO and want us to water down the GOP message.

As Rush says, the only way the GOP can win is to run a real conservative. You can never out democrat the democrats.

“WSJ and Fox are now same as CBS and NBC?

That’s news to America.”

I’ve been disgusted by FOX lately as they’ve allowed 0bamabot after 0bamabot to come on and fillibuster their way through “interviews” with only limp-wristed objection. They have literally been handing the microphone to the 0bama camp and saying, “Anything you’d like the American public to know?”

It’s all pretty pathetic.

It is baby killing. When you have a human in your hands and decide to make it die, what else can you call it? A mishandled abortion?

Woe, the woman would have to rethink her decision.

God is watching this world. Why would you think God would condone killing a living baby?

And, if we quietly ignore it, what would God think of that?

Its NOT personal attacks. Its the TRUTH that the MSM won’t follow up on ! EXACTLY! not only is the McPalin ticket having to deal with acorn cheating (sponsored by the chump, but also has to contend with the MSM Fifth Column, the propaganda arm of the freaking dhimocratic party. Bunch of phony FRAUDS! They and NObama should rot in hell!

Yes, that is the spin that the media would give it.

We are not going to shut up about Obama.

We have a few weeks to prevent the demise of this democracy by putting it in the hands of Obama.

Any that are not willing to fight for McCain - might as well get out of the way - they are just democrats.

LOL! How long has it been since Republicans represented conservatives? Stop worrying about RINOs and start worrying about CINOs. The conservative movement needs a Buckley, a Goldwater, and a Reagan right now. People who understand not only what, but why. People who can answer liberals with a reasoned argument, not just talking points. And people who don't vote like liberals once they're elected (eg., NCLB, Medicare drug plan).

Obama doesn't have to make personal attacks when he has the MSM, Jay Leno, Letterman, and SNL making them for him. Local polls in flyover country without the MSM cheering have MP over OB 65% to 30%...History of the pollsters also show a 10-15% shift in favor of the Democrats in polls. Obama just has to say that McCain is associated with Bush (even though he says associations are meaningless, McCain is out of touch (even though McCain openly criticized the FMAE/FMAC debacle five to nine years ago).

Well, the closest we have is a Sarah. I would like to save this country for her, for Jindahl, and the other very few good ones around.

"...her forcefulness is "driving away moderates..."

Most people involved in politics are way out of touch with reality. They don't want to discuss the problems needing to be solved with honest, detailed speech.

And they're ever more evasive about the needed, easier remedies that will require our intervention and stop their pathological social indulgences. All the while, they scoff with pride at the terrifying (for them), inevitable, natural default solutions coming in the near future.

"Obama is the proxy. To your point I believe you are correct. The attack is personal - very personal indeed. She is attacking Obama at the heart of his philosophy by questioning his associations of some loudly idealistic people. The philosophy of communism Obama shares with his cronies IS the problem and should be attacked fiercely."

Absolutely. The idea of communism is offensive to the very demographic whose vote the left wants: working class and lower-middle class Americans. It kills all the hope of rising that we have in a capitalistic society. Just because people do physical labor does not mean they want to be slaves. No matter how strapped people may be financially, there is so much pride in the idea of individuality and personal responsibility, it makes the heads of Marxists explode

"Seems like polically based rants trying to scare voters at the last minute."

Gee, politically based rants in a close and heated _political_ campaign! Wow, that's really out there!

You want to know who is really *scared* about the Ayers issue? It is the very leftists who think he and the WU and domestic terrorism are so freakin’ cool. Why is this *at the last minute*? Because anyone under 55 doesn't remember William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. Why not? Because the biased educational, media and entertainment industries have either been silent, glorified them or somehow spun it to be true that bombing American institutions or committing bank robberies that ended in dead LEO is the real definition of patriotic.

I was under 30 when the WU were in their heyday. I was a community organizer in barrios, helping get food cooperatives started because I believed in bootstrap capitalism. I was told straight out that none of what we were doing was about people having better lives, it was about raising their consciousness to their miserable plight so they would start a revolution. Back then, these were formerly middle class Colombians and Nicaraguans who came here with nothing to start a new life and achieve the American dream. They saw the organizers for what they were: communists and wanted no part of them. We young, stupid American carpetbaggers then took the food co-op gig to the middle class and other young people and an entire new American industry was born: organic food co-operatives. And it IS an industry and it is as corporate as Kraft or any other food conglomerate. The huge food co-operatives have actually killed the real grass root grocery stores in student and lower middle class areas in favor of Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.

Many young idealists left the left and went *back to the land* in the early 70s because they could not handle the harsh realities of Ayers, Dohrn, the Black Panthers, the Brown Panthers and the other violent offshoots of the Youth Movement. It is past time their children and grandchildren learned the truth about about these revolutionaries who, like Che, are not romantic freedom fighters, but narcissistic destroyers and enslavers.

On one hand, the media, the left and the comfortable country club-type RINOS want McCain/Palin to play nicey-nice with the hard-core left, while, on the other hand, they can tut-tut about what a wimpy campaign McCain is running. Damned if they do and damned if they don't. So they are in the last few minutes of the game with very little left to lose. If they inflict some damage on the stealth revolutionaries, then GOOD! It is way past time.

If Palin can peel off just a few percent of the students who are enamored of zerO and his Marxist Dream, it could mean the difference in this election. People who are ready to sell their birthright for a mess of potage really ought to know what they are buying. Perhaps they won't be convinced, in which case, they will get to experience it up close and personal and we will finally get the Left's dream of a civil war and a revolution in America. For those of us who really do fear such an outcome, that will be a teachable moment.
