Obama’s imminent victory in US epitomises our dreams and fears
The Standard for Fairness and Justice (Kenyan newsrag) ^ | 10/10/2008 | XN Iraki

It seems that if the current trend continues, Barack Obama will be the next US president. Kenyans are keenly watching the US elections as they feel that for once they have a chance of getting one of "our own" as the president of the world’s superpower.
Some observers have boldly suggested that deportation of author Jeremy Corsi had all to do with Obama. Why annoy the future president when you will soon need him?
.....
Obama’s presidency is attracting our interests for another reason. We feel he will represent our interest at the highest levels in global politics and economics. We feel he will ensure more aid for Africa, more jobs in international organisations and more recognition for black people.
.....
We feel Obama will make up for our weaknesses, for our failures, mistakes and, may be, even our irresponsibility. We see Obama in the same way we see our politicians, as great good men and women out to solve all our problems.
Others feel his victory will mark the start of black man’s domination of world’s politics, reversing the historical trends.
.......
Let us be blunt, many of us also believe through Obama, we can get favours at international level.

Oh nooooo, they wouldn’t do that! You know those ACORN registrations were harmless and no law was broken just by filling them out!

I just found out today that most Voter ID laws don’t apply to mail in ballots.

We can get favors

There's their real hope and aspirations.

Together, Obama, Ayers, and their radical friends at ACORN and the DNC (abetted by the MSM) intend to steal this election if they cannot win it...and they are afraid that they certainly will not win it.

JOIN THOSE INVOKING GOD'S BLESSINGS ON OUR NATION THIS 2008 ELECTION

I'm not buyin' the push polls, which are heavily weighted in their sampling to the dems...and neither should anyone else. They are simply an attempt for the most part, IMHO, to supress the GOP vote.

On the ground, the crowds that Sarah is drawing now (30,000 in FL, 24,000 coming in Indiana, etc.), tell the real stroy...and the DNC, MSM, and Obama's campaign know it.

SARAH PALIN DRAWING HUGE CROWDS ALL ACROSS AMERICA

...and then there is this:

Kenyans should be very proud to have one of their natural born citizens as president of the US.

There is a good opportunity for a prank here. The Kenyans assume that Obama loves Kenya. However, what if someone started a rumor in Kenya, that Obama hates Kenya, and plans to invade and destroy it?

“We feel he will ensure more aid for Africa, more jobs in international organisations and more recognition for black people.”.....

You bet!...All on the backs of U.S. taxpayers!

Very dangerous man; messiah complex, friend and co-worker/associate with terrorists and ACORN, black racist, afro-centric, anti-American, anti-Semitic, pro abortion, pro homosexuality, no experience, antimilitary defense, tax and spend liberal, socialist, Marxist, has accomplished NOTHING. Obama is a walking nightmare for America and our friends and allies.

But he is black and articulate when using a teleprompter so none of the above matters.

It'd be interesting to see Obama's answer to this - does he intend to represent Kenya's interest at the highest level in global politics and economics?

Yes, that’s right Mister Iraki. When (and if) Obama is elected president, all yours and the entire benighted continent of Africa’s troubles will immediately disappear. You will be instantly transported from what I assume is your present modest home and shabby appurtenances, to huge mansions replete with a fleet of luxury automobiles to carry you around in style. Food will be abundant, crime non-existent, and poverty, war, and hunger will disappear from the dark continent. No doubt about. Just keep on dreaming Mr. Iraki.
