True enough, but I think we have to realize that many of these people are fully on board with socialism, without necessarily knowing the full implications of what that involves.
Here on FR, “socialism” is correctly viewed as the gross profanity that it is, but there are large portions of the population who are actual, or de facto government employees (teachers, “firefighters”, police, etc), and thus fully dependent on an expansive government that steals from the actually productive.
So true. I read the 45 goals of Communists and it’s frightening how many of these they have accomplished.
Read into the Congressional Records in 1963.
