“Why bother voting?”

Men and women in Service deserve a Commander in Chief not a clueless military moron who is a marxist at heart!

The error in raising Ayers is it didn’t get to the heart of the matter.
It’s not judgement that is the concern; it’s radicalism.

So you are absolutely correct.

The New Party is like the third rail to the MSM. They won’t touch it.

I saw a Democrat woman on MSNBC being interviewed and when she brought that up in her answer as part of the reason why she is voting McCain, Contessa Brewer couldn’t end the segment fast enough.

There was no follow up on what are you talking about the New Party or anything.

The MSM knows to avoid this at all costs. They have joined the mantra of the American people want the economy.... blah blah blah.

It’s amazing how they will do this and refuse to discuss Obama’s ties to radicalism.

"Supreme Court nominees!!"

But the women at the Clerk's office won't do my change of address. And if confronted with prosecution or lawsuit, they'll deny it, of course. So as a "patriarchal male" who has served, I'm not allowed to vote without making complaints, waiting too much, and probably, reprisals against my family from other local public officials.

Our Republican Party invited feminism and a number of other social pathologies, and the Party is about to pay the price for its compromises.

And one who took on his own party.....not buy trampling on the 1st and 2nd amendments, fighting Bush’s resistance to global warming legislation, and decrying the “tax cuts for the rich” either.

Rather, we needed the guy who calls a spade a spade, rejects political correctness, never panders to the left wing loonies, led the charge to kill off the Amnesty plans, and who refuses to kowtow to the communists in Beijing. One who fought tooth and nail against the “Kennedy wing of the Republican party” every moment of his career. And one who actually believes Reagan conservatism is the key to victory, not Brooks ‘conservatism’.

Even those of us who didn’t sew the socialist nanny state are going to reap the ‘benefits’.

Do you honestly believe that McCain wants to consign this nation (including his 2 sons in uniform) to the stewardship of a Marxist?

If so, please explain your reasoning.

But the McCain campaign's strategery always was to play off the fact of how well he reaches across the aisle. Okay, so where are we? Well, I'm looking into polling numbers and you got a spread anywhere from 11 to four-and-a-half or five points. As I look at the internals, I don't see a whole lot of Democrats voting for McCain.

I have a Dem friend who told me during the primaries that he would likely vote for McCain.

I knew better.

The "news" media have steered him away from McCain and Palin as easily as ever.

This friend could be a McCain voter if McCain would make something of Obama's hatred of America and our precious military, his duplicity on anything financial, and his voluntary embrace of all things collectivist.

.

LOL! McCain has gone after fellow Republicans harder than he’s going after Obambi. Obama is a respectable man??????? There’s no reason to fear an Obama presidency???? LOL...if this is how McCain fights Democrats the next 4 years will be a wreck no matter who’s in office.

He’s already told us there’s nothing to fear with an Obambi white house.

My contribution to Mccain will be to continue to help expose Obama as the commie POS he is. It was looking like last week they decided to start pounding Obama on the issues FR has been discussing and investigating for months. Just when he starts to make headway in some of the polls, he goes back to the “respectful” mode. We shall see if Yosemite Sam has the will to actually win this in the coming days.

McCain/Palin have launched more and more aggressive attacks against their opponents than George W ever did. And lets not even talk about Bob Dole.

Yep. The blue bloods ought to work harder at this, give ‘til it hurts and all that, or they’ll come out of this looking like fools. The main boost McCain got was from Sarah-cuda. History is there for any who bothers to study it.

But now, my FRiend, let’s kick Zero’s you-know-what!

"Men and women in Service deserve a Commander in Chief not a clueless military moron who is a marxist at heart!"

You leave me guessing with that one. My guess from your comment is that you are referring to Duncan Hunter as a "clueless military moron" "at heart." And someone who is not a "military moron" would be a better Commander-in-Chief? If that's what you were saying, I disagree. I also disagree with our Pentagon refusing to get statistics on the huge wave of pregnancies in our Defense forces over the past few years.

Our chosen compromising candidates are actually colluding with communist nations for the sake of profits for a few--profits from the communist slave labor of foreign nations.

Although legally eligible, I'm a working class "male" (as our superiors refer to us as members of the animal kingdom), I'm not allowed to vote our Party's compromising candidates anyway.

Bill and his friends like David Brooks and so forth (also at the New York Times) were constantly urging us to understand that McCain was the ideal candidate, because he could "cross the aisle." He could pick off Democrats. He could pick off moderates. He could pick off independents with his honor and his story of heroism, and all of this. These are the people that said, "We need to redefine conservatism."

In the (paraphrased) words of one honorable Mr. Miyagi - "you karate do yes - or you karate do no. You karate do maybe - walk middle of road, get squashed like bug."

Let's forget about redefining conservatism (compassionate, centrist...). It is what it is.

Kristol and Brooks are examples of what is wrong with the inside the Beltway/New York media elites - they are totally out of touch with the rest of America.

One example was illegal immigration. Kristol and Brooks are all out for illegal immigration and cheap labor. Kristol lives in the wealthy suburb of McLean Virginia in a $1.6 million dollar house off the Potomac River where he will never see an illegal alien. He insults the rest of the American people who are against illegal immigration 80-20 by calling them racist yahoos, while a few miles away in the outer suburbs neighborhoods and towns are taken over by illegals who block the sidewalks, urinate and defecate in yards, kill people while driving DUI, make up most of the gangs, and generally make life unlivable.

As long as the Republicans listen to the likes of Kristol and Brooks and Kondracke instead of the real people, they will wander in the wilderness.
