Although I've purchased guns there cheaper than other places.
Depends on what you are looking for....
FRegards,
As a former resident of Montgomery, I’m inclined to agree with you that there are many Christians living there, but I also think west Montgomery will be 99 per cent for Barry Soetoro Obama.
Mayor “Not so Bright” came out with a Freudian slip the other day. He even admitted he was supporting and voting for Obama. When he realized what he’d said, he immediately tried to take it back. So much for this so called “conservative” which he never was.
God bless the great state of Alabama!
What kind? I’m looking for a Rock River A2
Since you are retired Army, I will tell you what you already know...us southern folks are more “dedicated” than the rest of the country. By that, I mean the south supplies more military volunteers than any other region of the country.
SEMPER FI!
I don’t doubt this one tiny bit. We love McCain!!!!!
And...I like hearing this but.......
But then again, I don’t believe polls! ;-)
Many years ago, when I move to North Carolina from California,a man at a stop light saw my California tags on my car and said to me "welcome to the real world."
I thought that was odd at the time, but you know he was right.
I think it’s a given who Bright will support. He’ll sip from the slipper of Pelosi.
Ho Auuuuu brother.
Roger that.
Well, yes it was a “given who he’ll support” but the guy’s signage and posters scattered throughout the Wiregrass area show his name and Republican right next to it. If one didn’t know he was a dimocrat, then one might think he was a “conservative” Republican if you saw only those signs. Typical dimocrat lies. In a close election, his signage could make a difference.
Thats just how white folks will do you! ;)
Well, where to begin. First, I own a business in DOWNTOWN Birminghan, not westend, not norwood, not ensley fairfield or woodlawn...DOWNTOWN, and have been there for years. And there ain't much crime there. Do your research, follow your maps, find out where the crime really happens in our city before throwing out old stereotypes that do nothing but perpetuate misconceived notions about safety and race. It is exactly your misinformed opinion that keeps our potentially great city down. Birmingham is a beautiful city with some of the best urban architecture you will find in the South. Raise us up with your actions, don't bring us down with your words. Translation: Bring your ass downtown sometime, spend some money, support your city and region, learn the facts or shut the heck up already.

Thank God! A Bush state that McCain hasn’t lost yet!
Amen!
I have been to DOWNTOWN. That is the reason I will not come back downtown. Going to St Francis Hospital with my brother for his surgery was bad enough. Some neighborhood. As for doing my research. Why the hell do I want to spend hours checking out the safe and non safe areas DOWNTOWN when I can easily drive over to Hoover and not worry about getting mugged.
because then you might know that there is a higher crime rate in the parking lot of the Galleria than in downtown, that is if safety is what you're really concerned about. And sir, St. Vincent's is not downtown it is southside. The city of Birmingham consists of many different neighborhoods, some safe some not. Downtown, the neighborhood with all the tall buildings, is safe.
