The idea is to equalize income and replace lost jobs with bureaucratic green jobs, which pay between $23,000 and $33,000/year. Then that is complemented by a minimum wage of $10.50, which is scheduled to be raised to $10.80 next year. That means that a McDonald’s worker will make almost $11.00/hr to make up for the loss of jobs in the small business sector. Then, we have the dumbing down of educational standards so that the people will not be dissatisfied with the menial jobs.
All you need to do is take a close look at WA State to see what an Obama administration would do.
