I saw the same ad somewhere else a couple of days ago and my first question was how do they know his IQ and when did he test for it? I also saw one that said Palin’s IQ was like 112 or something low...

Any IQ test administered after age six is irrelevant. IQ becomes unmeasurable as you get older because it requires a group of fairly equal experience to be statistically meaningful.
