Any IQ test administered after age six is irrelevant. IQ becomes unmeasurable as you get older because it requires a group of fairly equal experience to be statistically meaningful.
BHO probably has a high IQ. I’d guess over 140. It’s typical for narcissistic people to have a high IQ.
