You would think that the US Courts would get this over with before the elections. What’s the hold up?
No way a judge has the gonads to declare a black presidential candidate ineligible just before the election or for that matter months before the election
I wouldn't.
Unless and until 270 properly chosen electors for President of the United States transmit votes naming Barack Hussein Obama as their choice to the seat of government of the United States, and said votes are opened in a Joint Session of Congress and recorded, nothing that concerns a court has taken place.
The choice of electors is an organic act of the People, it has nothing whatsoever to do with courts.
Why the election of course.....I can’t help but feel this would be too good to be true....But I can hope!
I’m guessing if Obama wins and then is declared ineligible that we’ll have President Biden (UGH). But, if this comes out before the election it would give the win to Republicans. Don’t think Soros wants the second scenario.
Motions by the DNC and Obama's lawyers.
One would think that it would be a lot faster and easier to produce verifiable, documentary evidence as to the location of Obama's birth. Doing so would conclusively end the lawsuit and establish, beyond question, Obama's qualification to be president. (That presumes that they can, of course.)
