VDH is spot on. McCain should not apologetic or intimidated. He should say flat out that they are pulling the race card and he will not be silenced. Period. Go on the attack. Don’t be defensive.
If Hillary had beat Obama the media would be covering the election by the “Hillary Rules”.
Next election they will, unwillingly, cover it by the “sarah Rules”. Oh what fun that will be!
Only if someone files an appeal AFTER a ruling is made by the Judge presiding over this case.
Look, I'm on pins and needles, like everyone else, waiting for a decision to be reached, but I can give you my personal opinion as a US citizen:
If I were the Judge having to make what will absolutely be a precedent-setting decision -- the most important one to ever be made since Roe v. Wade, or maybe even the Civil War -- and I knew that my name will be remembered, for all times sake, as the one making this decision, Buddy, you'd better believe it that I would NOT rush it.
I would gather everything I could about this case and on any other, previous decisions regarding the Constitutional interpretations involved, and then, BEFORE Nov 4th, render my verdict.
But, I know very little about the Laws involved, having only been involved in court cases where the judgment was very important to me personally, so I'll leave that notion to others.
I'm basically thinking out loud, in a fairly logical way.
Unfortunately McCain will say nothing derogatory—that is, truthful—to Obamas face. The reason...RINOS simply do not do that. RINOS compliment their Marxist opponents and other America hating slime, for when actual problems arise, RINOS are so busy hiding under their desks that only the slime are available to make the decisions. Ask Lindsay Grahamnesty or Chuck Hegel.
