Geniuses in MSM who have been trying to develop theme that McCain crowds are angry, this A.M. are glossing their stories that Palin heard "mixture of boos and cheers." Pretty clearly the Obama supporters were louder and so hateful they booed a six-year old. As usual, the leftists are fueled by hatred and the attempts by the media and Philly civic sources to cover that up are contemptible.

Boos from the upper deck early, quickly drowned out by cheers - overall positive reception. Patriotic music blaring throughout, presumably to drown out boos. Piper was stylin' in a tiny Flyers jersey.

Flyers players fell down by 0-4 in first period . I'll bet they were disconcerted that the crowd could be that hateful. News story says that Palin toured the building during the first period, went in Flyers locker room and wrote a message on their message board, "Let's Go Boys!", signed her name and the flyers held them scoreless the rest of the way, losing 4-3.

I think they make you move away from Philly (or maybe force you to stay there the rest of your life) if you show any sign of civillity, class, and manners. Those three things certainly seem to be discouraged in the “city of booooootherly love”.
