"I have received an unverified tip that certified copies of a Kenyan Birth Certificate (BC) for Obama were sent from Kenya, and have been received by three separate individuals. I am told that these documents are certified, with an embossed seal, and display the name of the hospital where Obama was born, as well as witness signatures."
It is probably with the “whitey” tape.
I’ve received a certified letter from a Nigerian person that says I’ve won the Irish lottery and a majority stake in a South African diamond mine.
Point is, anything can be forged. However, if such a claim were made and presented to the court by Berg, it would make Obama come forth with the real one. If he fought it, it would only add to doubts about his standing to be president. Personally, I believe he was born in Hawaii, but there is something there he wants kept hidden. We shall see.

I heard that Obama and Ayers are really the same guy. That’s why you never see them together.
To the person/persons holding these documents: what are you waiting for? Give them to EVERYBODY, including Philip Berg and the Washington Times.
But, get them out there while there is still time to affect the outcome of this corrupted election.
In the blog the guess is that Berg has one of the copies, and now the judge in his case has it.

Message: I guess the time has come to set the story about Obama Kenya Birth Certificate. I hosted Phil Berg on our No Obama Talk show on August 21, 2008. We then had Phil back on August 28, 2008. At that time I was contacted by one of the HCSFJM member by phone who told me that they were a importer/exporter and they had connection in Kenya. I talked to this person and also talk to Phil about it. We then discussed a plan on how to get the BC to the USA. We knew that Obama would do anything to stop this. We decide that Caren and I would be the decoy. We would announce that this BC would be shipped to Carens work place. Actually the BC was never coming to us. Our member was able to find the BC and it cost $1000.00 to get. There was 3 copies of the BC sent to the USA via 3 different carries to 3 different people.
HCSFJM had a member very near Phil and this was the primary target. I received a email on September 14,2008 from our member. The email said "The packages are on their way". I knew that the BC had been secured and was enroute to the USA. 3 days later I received another email that said "The package has been delivered". I knew that our member had deliver the BC to Phil. In addition to Kenya BC, there is 3 certified statement from people who stated they were present when Obama was born. We are seek additional information at this time about Obama US BC. I have had a person who has looked at the "vault" book for Obama original BC form Hawaii. It does not exist.
All Phil Berg want is to have a court hearing and he will introduce that Kenya BC. I have a copy of that BC but I will not post it till I am cleared by Phil.
Do you remember when Phil made the statement on our show "He would talk to the real media which was us". Now you know why we are able to get Phil on about any time we need him.
Very few people knew about this, Caren, Phil, our 2 HCSFJM members and myself. We had security on this that was unbelievable. No it is a matter of time before Phil get into court. Relax Folks, Obama will never be the president of this country as long as we have people who are willing to put their lives on the line for this great country. I will reveal in due time who those 2 great American (HCSFJM member) in due time. They must remain in limbo as of now for their own security.

Does Ed Hale need us to send money to Nigeria for these persons in limbo in order to clear the release of the BC?
It is common knowledge that Obama has a Kenyan birth certificate. Supposedly, it is common practice for a Kenyan national (Obama Sr.) to file for the certificate if they have a child born in another country. Obama has admitted to having “dual citizenship” as a minor in the USA and Kenya.
This explanation is seeming being accepted by all but a few.
To me, hey he has a Kenyan birth certificate but not a USA birth certificate (the certificate of live birth shown on his website is not the same as a BIRTH CERTIFICATE) The hard evidence indicates he is not a citizen IMO, but then I have not drank the Kool-aid.
The amended complaint also bolsters the standing argument and adds additional relevent facts.
Essentially, the argument is this:
Senator Obama could put this whole issue to rest by providing an official “vault copy” birth certificate.
Senator Obama has chosen not to do so.
The defendants (other than Obama) have a responsibility to protect the integrity of the electoral system by properly vetting the qualifications of candidates, which they have failed to perform.
Mr. Berg, other Americans, and our system of government are damaged by this failure.
Senator Obama, who has collected $425,000,000 in campaign contributions, has perpetrated a fraud.
Following are some of the factual statements made in the amended complaint (The complete complaint is attached below):
36. Obama is a representative of the Democratic People. However, Obama must meet the Qualifications specified for the United States Office of the President, which he must be a “natural born” citizen. Additionally, Obama must be at least a “naturalized” citizen to hold his Office of U.S. Senator for Illinois. Unfortunately, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen, nor is he a “naturalized” citizen. Just to name one of the problems, Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro who legally “acknowledged” Obama as his son in Indonesia and/or “adopted” Obama, which caused Obama to become a “natural” Indonesian citizen. Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro relocated herself and Obama to Indonesia wherein Obama’s mother naturalized in Indonesia. This is proven by Obama’s school record with the student’s name as “Barry Soetoro”, Father’s name: Lolo Soetoro, M.A., and Citizenship: Indonesia.
37. There appears to be no question that Defendant Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was a U.S. citizen. It is also undisputed, however, that his father, Barack Obama, Sr., was a citizen of Kenya. Obama’s parents, according to divorce records, were married on or about February 2, 1961.
38. Defendant Obama claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 and it is uncertain in which hospital he claims to have been born. Obama’s grandmother on his father’s side, his half-brother and half-sister all claim Obama was born not in Hawaii but in Kenya. Reports reflect that Obama’s mother traveled to Kenya during her pregnancy; however, she was prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii at her late stage of pregnancy (which, apparently, was a normal restriction, to avoid births during a flight). By these reports, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew home and registered Obama’s birth. There are records of a “registry of birth” for Obama, on or about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii.
39. Upon investigation into the alleged birth of Obama in Honolulu, Hawaii, Obama’s birth is reported as occurring at two (2) separate hospitals, Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital. The Rainbow Edition News Letter, November 2004 Edition, published by the Education Laboratory School did a several page article of an interview with Obama and his half-sister, Maya. The Rainbow Edition News Letter reports Obama was born August 4, 1961 at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. More interesting in February 2008, Obama’s half-sister, Maya, was again interviewed in the Star Bulletin, and this time, Maya states Obama was born August 4, 1961 in Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children.
IF, this is nothing more than koolaid, then why won't Obama simply enter a US certified Birth Certificate and get the Federal District Court to dismiss the civil action? I remember the liberals complaining that McCain was born in Panama canal zone and therefore was not qualified to be a US President, that went to the waste side after realizing US laws automatically granted US citizenship to any new born, born to parents with US citizenship and were overseas at the time while serving in the US armed forces. Now that Obama’s qualifications are in question, everyone is drinking koolaid - go figure.
A “Kenyan Birth Certificate” is one thing: a HOSPITAl birth certificate from the Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, or the same as certified by the British Colonial Authorities in charge of Kenya at the time, detailing the date and time of birth, the names of the parents and the name of the child is quite another, when it comes to a determination of US citizenship status.
Is Washington on our side? Will they take some action before the election.?

I am praying what Ed Hale is stating is true.
This gives me hope that this story will finally come out to the majority of American voters.
It doesn’t matter. If this is true and becomes widely known (always the problem) Obama is finished. Even the cool-aide drinkers might think twice about voting for him. Even if they didn’t care about the country itself, they would surely care enough about their own well being not to want to have a constitutional crisis on top of the current financial one.
