A sunspot has just appeared on the sun and many people are breathing a sigh of relief. Why?
This is hugh and series. I've been watching for them from my kitchen with my Edmund Astroscan pointed at the late afternoon sun through the sliding door, and projecting onto the ceiling with the eyepiece.
I'm happy to say that I saw this new pair before I read of its "sudden appearance" on solarcycle24.com . It was quite a thrill, I can tell you.

Good reporting John but you did say Either Obama denounces ACORN or the MSM reports on it....I say neither will happen. Only those of us who dig for the truth actually find it and therefore we have become the real news outlets. We have to watch our own states, mine included here in North Carolina.
Actually, it is the mole from the "chosen one's" face.
And back to the matter of sunspots … sheese, talk about stealing someone’s thunder. ;-)
