Booed on the ice
It's hard to blame Sarah Palin for her booing on the ice in Philadelphia this evening. It's almost a truism of politics that if you send a pol to a sporting event, he's going to get booed. Politicians, as a class, aren't all that popular, and it's what sports fans do. According to legend, Eagles fans once booed Santa Claus. Still, not a great moment.
The Times hockey blog says the boos were "resounding." The Wilmington paper says it was an "avalanche."
They boo Santa Claus! A bunch of frustrated perennial losers!
It wouldn't surprise me if the union thugs passed out tickets and paid crack heads to boo.
Especially a conservative Republican visiting the union-owned, leftist-infested, terminally corrupt hellhole that is Philadelphia.
Another bright idea by the McCain handlers. “Philthadelphia” of all places?

Please contact all the Republican office holders, office seekers and their campaign offices that you can. Try to get the emails of the Campaign Managers.
Tell them on the phone that you’re sending the link to Obama-promising-ACORN and the link to “Barack Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis.” Or, send them the entire “Strategy...” document, having downloaded or inserted it.
Then, EMAIL, EMAIL, EMAIL. Email to your friends and family, too.
Please just do on your own. Repitition counts! Think volume!

Flyers behind 4-0 after first period, there’ll be a lot more booing going on. Still you’d think this audience is her best demographic , so I’m a little discouraged by it.
