in green top

Looks more bluish-green to me. What would you call that, aquamarine, teal? But then, I'm a man. What do I know from colors?

Cool! I know where you are. Get some fresh fruit while there. It’s from Ventura.

We made a lot of jokes, talked to a lot of feisty Republicans, encouraged each other, passed out Halloween candy, offered yard signs to (obvious) Obama supporters, teased and taunted ever so lightly. You know how touchy liberals can be? Didn’t want to hurt tooo many feelings.

The Obama booth evidently ‘called us in’ three times the week before because we were SELLING tshirts; they were telling me the booth had been ‘written up’. (What exactly is the penalty for an offense like that?). It is supposed to be ‘for donation only.’ I think it was just harassment. They were selling their tshirts, too.

BobS from Ventura, were you there? Which booth? It’s a nice FM, don’t you think? Come on down, we’ll give you some stuff. I’ll be gone next week, tho. Am trying to get friends to subsidize it so we can give tshirts away. I mean, what good will they be Nov. 6? And right now they are priceless and so encouraging.

Good job!
If I tried this at our farmer's market, I'd fear for my safety.

As a fellow Pasadenan I congratulate you guys on being brave soldiers! The left coast seems so hopeless sometimes. Although have you noticed the Obama ads on TV? Makes you wonder why they’re doing media buys in California?

Thank you but I can’t do 4 freeways to get there:) Never cross the 405. Unless there are chickens running accross 10 lanes or turkeys or pigs or beers and you want to get in on it! Have fun there. I know where you are from the background:):)

Wish someone had told that to Senator McCain before the debates. His ties were a disaster.

I’m in Ventura, and went to the FM on Santa Clara St this morning. What with all the Obama pins, bumper stickers and totebags (plus person on street handing them out), I felt like I was in enemy territory - but wore my Sarah! pin proudly!

Why don’t you come join us? Won’t be there next Sat but the Saturdays after that til the election. I am doing it because I need to be encouraged, and if I encourage others, it rubs off. We are all Christians — I just put out the word to our prayer group. No on 8 is next to us and Obama is on the other side.

But I think California is in the running. Hilary won here, not Obama. And he is just audacious enough to consider it his, but I don’t think that is necessarily so. One of the other guys in the pix is a Freeper too, tho a lurker, I think. And of course my husband is there too. Just a nice gathering.

It IS the Belly of the Beast. We just continue to pray for the Lord to reveal the Truth and expose the Evil.

You cannot let them intimidate you, tho. It is the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.
