There have been some recent polls that showed while people tended to distrust Obama more than McCain on telling the whole truth, they also by a rather large margin think that McCain is running the more "negative" campaign.

So what NEGATIVE works BIG TIME even if people say they don't like it

Pointing out your rivals record, background etc etc should not be construed as wrong

My friend who likes Obama said he liked Sarah Palin but was sorry she took the “slime” route by associating Obama with Ayers.

This after Palin received the most vicious sliming in modern political history!

We should not be afraid of negative campaigning. The Rats have the MSM to do their sliming for them, while they appear to be above the fray.

Republicans do not have that luxury. If there is something the public needs to know about the Rats we have to say it ourselves. If that is “negative” so be it.
