That certainly seems to be what he's implying. Muslim's are very serious about the meaning of words when spoken in matters of faith. That's why they'll riot en masse and kill people if somebody disses Mohammed (their pedophile, false prophet, Satan-boy sicko).

It is a virtual impossibility that he was speaking in a metaphorical reference. He clearly said that B Hussein 0 was the Messiah (with that demented, glassy-eyed smile that makes instantly recognizeable unstable religious extremists of any stripe).
