#1: For Trooper Wooten, she DID violate the law.

#2: For firing Commissioner Monegan, she DID NOT violate the law.

I think many people are mixing up two of the findings of the panel: the one about Trooper Wooten, and the Commissioner Monegan firing.

You conclusion (opinion) of the biased investigator's opinion is not supported by the FACTs of the case.

The biased investigator stated that the actions "against" Wooten were "...likely..." due to improper influence or pressure from Palin. The use of the word "likely" indicates this is an OPINION, and therefore a conclusion not supported by any fact or evidence--a mere gratuitous assertion by the biased investigator. Had there been any evidence or fact to support that conclusion he would/should have cited such. He did not.

Your conclusion is a natural consequence of being a brain-dead liberal.
