After days of watching in silence, McCain calms the crowd at his Minnesota town meeting.

“I want everyone to be respectful. And let’s make sure we are, because that’s the way politics is done in America.”

Tells one supporter who says he’s scared of an Obama presidency: “I have to tell you, he is a decent person, a person that you do not have to be scared [of] as president of the United States.”

After a woman calls Obama “an Arab,” McCain interrupts to say: “No, ma’am. He is a decent family man, citizen

Dammit people, stop and THINK!

This is not about making *us* happy or feeding raw meat to partisan supporters. It is all about attracting the support of undecided voters who will determine whether or not Barack Hussein Obama becomes president or not. Being sarcastic or encouraging name-calling or disrespect toward his opponent will not help.

Stop peeing your pants every time Mac says or does something that helps accomplish the #1 goal between now and election day.

It was as close to a concession speech as I've ever heard from a candidate at this point in an election. Incredibly foolish. He essentially praised Obama and said he would be OK as president and something to the effect that people should not be afraid of him being President.

I just saw the video of this exchange on the evening news....I think it was CBS....I was channel surfing.

McCain, speaking of Obama, did in fact say “he’s a decent man, and you don’t have to be afraid of him.”

Unfrickin’ believable.

The crowd was complaining and booing....they were not happy.

I yelled at the TV, “If Obama is decent and we shouldn’t be afraid of him, then why the hell should I vote for you?”

I’m sorry, Senator McCain, but you’re a horse’s a$$.

There are only three reasons I’m voting for you....

(1) They other guy, Obama, sucks even more than you do

(2) You will be light years better for the military and the war on terror than Barack Hussein Obama Osama Yo Mama

and (3) Sarah Palin is on the same ticket with you

I’m telling McCain people....the best way to combat this is to do the exact thing at bho teleprompter reading sessions. Get a couple of college kids, give them a semester or two of tuition, and tell them to heckle loudly near media how McCain is crasy, etc. yell loudly and often. FOX will run it.
