I’m not involved with the campaign, but I can almost guarantee that Gilmore will be at one or both 10/13 events in Va. Beach and Richmond.

Gilmore was at the Fairfax rally and I’m sure he will be in Richmond ... before the guest(s) of honor arrive, they introduce the local candidates and office holders.
