(CNN) Hockey Moms might be the hot political demographic of the moment, but NASACAR Dads haven't been forgotten.
The McCain campaign is moving Sarah Palin's Monday appearance from the Arthur Ashe Center in downtown Richmond, Virginia capacity 6,000 to a much larger outdoor venue: the Richmond International Raceway, which hosts two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races yearly and can accommodate over 100,000 people.
The campaign doesn't expect to fill all those seats, but McCain's mid-Atlantic regional director Trey Walker said the demand for Palin tickets has nearly quadrupled the capacity of the original event site, the Arthur Ashe Center in downtown Richmond.

If it is not filled to capacity (”only” 80,000 there) the MSM will show shots of the empty seats and announce that her popularity is waning.

I wish I was back in Dixie.
I'd help fill that 100,000 seat auditorium!

Why would they move it if they don't think they'll get an overflow crowd? DON'T YOU KNOW? THE ELECTION IS OVER!

It would be so great if [snowball's chance] Jim Gilmore could be there and she give him and endorsement stating something like "we will need a Congress with men like him to help us bring that needed change to Wahington and NOT liberals like Warner"
I don't know...I'm just saying...
