CLEVELAND - A man at the center of a voter-registration scandal told The Post yesterday he was given cash and cigarettes by aggressive ACORN activists in exchange for registering an astonishing 72 times, in apparent violation of Ohio laws.
Sometimes, they come up and bribe me with a cigarette, or theyll give me a dollar to sign up, said Freddie Johnson, 19, who filled out 72 separate voter-registration cards over an 18-month period at the behest of the left-leaning Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
The ACORN people are everywhere, looking to sign people up. I tell them I am already registered. The girl said, You are? I say, Yup, and then they say, Can you just sign up again? he said.
Johnson used the same information on all of his registration cards, and officials say they usually catch and toss out duplicate registrations. But the practice sparks fear that some multiple registrants could provide different information and vote more than once by absentee ballot.
ACORN is under investigation in Ohio and at least eight other states - including Missouri, where the FBI said its planning to look into potential voter fraud - for over-the-top efforts to get as many names as possible on the voter rolls regardless of whether a person is registered or eligible.
Its even under investigation in Bridgeport, Conn., for allegedly registering a 7-year-old girl to vote, according to the State Elections Enforcement Commission.

with, and for ACORN. He trained ACORNs personnel, funneled money to ACORN from both the Woods Foundation and the Chicago-Annenberg Challenge. In both cases, with the assistance and presumed approval of Bill Ayers. His current presidential campaign has admitted it fraudulently passed over $830,000 to an ACORN front group for so-called advance work.

fraudulently passed over $830,000 to an ACORN front group for so-called advance work. I knew about the 830k, but fraud? Well of course it was a fraud, but provable in court, fraud?

New article list PA too. Wonder who's keeping up the map.
Throw the Libs into the Frothing From The Mouth Party. New Headline:
Judaical Branch halts elections due to massive fraud perpetrated by ACORN and others. Geo. Bush to remain in office until all can be brought under control and eligible voters are validated ... NATIONWIDE and WORLDWIDE.
Sorry, it just a thought, not really happening. But I know a few Libs that would go into convulsions. '-)

Would it be rude if I called up the local ACORN office to ask them if I can register my dead grandparents?

Giraldo said on Fox this morning that a couple hundred thousand people wouldn't make a difference anyway.

How do we go about demanding prosecution and jail time for these domestic enemies who are no better than Al Qaeda operatives? Somehow, we, the American people, must organize to fight these terrorists that live among us. If we do nothing, we are doomed just as the people of Germany were doomed in 1937.

Hey Geraldo, you idiot. In 2000, Bush won FL, and the election by, what, 500 votes? What a moron!

I hope this is firing up Republicans so more and more will turn out. I say “firing up” but the Dems will probably scream this means we are hateful and racist.

All investigations of ACORN and the fraud revelationss and turning up all this crap in all the various states... My question is: is it going to be fixed by election day? Will the fraus registered be disqualified? Will all the early fraud votes for Obama be disqualified?
Bottom line: will all this investigating and revelations result in a fair and valid election?

Geraldo the same old b.s. artist.
FOX provided you a new home, and look what you make out of it.
Geraldo, FOX is your last stop, don't mess up the bed you sleep in.

Good Lord. I can't believe he actually said that. Wait a minute, yes, I can.
Geraldo condoning voter fraud. He probably thinks it's OK for non-citizens to vote.

I'm starting to get dizzy with all these different ACORN charges brought up. Can't remember if I've heard about this one before or is this another new one.
Can anyone find a state that ACORN is active in where fraud has not occurred?
