IMHO, this is all an attempt to undermine the legality of the election. Obama or someone in his campaign briefly suggested a few days ago that he be allowed to take over immediately or govern with Bush after his (Obama’s) win, and I think this is all directed at doing exactly what happened in Kenya (an election campaign in which Obama was very much involved).Now that is really scary!

Gore tried it ... lost. I don’t get the govern ‘jointly’, no where in the Constitution does it mention such a thing. If fraud is found in the election I though the law invalidates the election? Where’s lawyer when you need one.
