If Cyrus Nowrasteh wants to work for Disney again, he's got a funny way of showing it.
Nowrasteh wrote the ABC miniseries "The Path to 9/11," but in a new documentary he scolds the network and its parent company for allowing powerful politicians to effectively censor the show.
And therein lies a main premise of "Blocking the Path to 9/11," the straight-to-DVD movie that hits Blockbuster, Best Buy, Netflix and Amazon.com on Tuesday, and is also available for $19.95 from the movie's Web site (http://www.blockingthepath.com): Why is a documentary about a popular ABC miniseries hitting store shelves while the miniseries itself is unavailable on DVD?
The documentary makes the case that Disney CEO Bob Iger bowed to pressure from President Clinton and the Democratic Party not only to alter parts of the miniseries before it aired in 2006 but also to make sure the DVD never sees the light of day.
It also suggests that Disney isn't interested in selling the rights to "Path to 9/11" to another company -- perhaps Lionsgate -- that would release it on DVD.

JZ’s Film Wins Best Documentary at Valley Film Festival
Tonight, John Ziegler’s film (which he wrote/directed/produced and narrated), “Blocking the Path to 9/11” won the Best Documentary award at the Valley Film Festival in North Hollywood.
Since, like most film festivals in the LA area, the Valley Film Festival is hardly known for its political conservatism, Ziegler was surprised that the film was even accepted into the festival and shocked that it actually won the award for best documentary against some good competition.

It seems boring. Disney blocked production of a movie and they want us to buy this drama. I don’t typically by a movie about inner corporate drama. This is a documentary about a corporate disagreement? I don’t get it.

Not everyone is sucked into the lies and spin we see in the media these days. I believe that Zieglers'film grabs hold of the TRUTH that REAL people see the fraud and hypocrisy of those who are trying to destroy our rights and freedom's in America.
I mean, a man produces a movie and the Clinton Machine and Disney pull the plug???
Next thing you know the government will be buying all our mortgages and owning all private property!!
Zig was a radio personality here in Louisville years back. He was great but was fired. Glad to hear he’s gone on to bigger things.
If this was the real full version I would be surprised.

Sorry, I thought it you were saying the Path to 9/11.
Two films/movies that I have yet to see released. Both of these have been censored:
1) The Path to 9/11
2) The Democratic Bush Bash where Kerry and Hillary attended among others. This is where Whoppie Goldberg was drunk and insulting to our President. I have been searching for this footage for years, yet it is censored. “Whoopie, where is your outrage now?”
