'IT'S STRANGE THAT OBAMA AND HIS STAFF CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT HE DID 25 YEARS AGO, BUT HE TRIES TO SMEAR ME WITH 25 YEAR-OLD ACCUSATIONS,' MARTIN SAYS

(NEW YORK)(October 8, 2008) 'Tuesday I described Barack Obama's smear campaign against me as a ‘man-bites-dog' moment in media and political history. John McCain and Sarah Palin have attacked Obama for his ties to terrorist William Ayers. Obama responded by smearing me with false accusations 25 years-old.

'Tuesday night [I only saw the video on Keith Olbermann late Wednesday evening] Obama and his ‘communications director' Robert Gibbs engaged in a surreal moment on Fox News. Gibbs leveled vile accusations against Hannity and Fox News on the basis of a 25 year-old lawsuit in which I was never a party and in which I exposed widespread corruption and drug abuse in the Connecticut federal courts. If this is not bizarre, what is?

First, while Obama claims he ‘can't remember' what he did 25 years ago, Gibbs and Obama are obsessed with what they claim I did 25 years ago. Peculiar. Nothing in Gibbs' smear attempt has even the remotest connection to anything in the 2008 campaign.

'Ironically, Obama is willing to overlook William Ayers' bombings, but Obama is not willing to overlook 25 year-old allegations against me which have been disproven. Once again, Obama shows his true colors. Anger. Vindictiveness. Maliciousness. Rage.

'Gibbs used stale accusations against me which have been debunked in court, as a means of harassing and intimidating the media. They were first aired on CBS' ‘Forty-Eight Hours' fifteen years ago. Hannity may have been the first victim; but we now know what to expect of an Obama administration: Chavez-style intimidation of the press.

'Second, Hannity's program had already aired. What was Gibbs' real motive in attacking an old show? When has any TV program, let alone one broadcast on Sunday evening on a cable channel, ever become a massive media commotion? When? Sean Hannity and I hit the bulls eye, and Obama & Company know it.

'Obama began smearing me on national TV months ago, using his media poodle Alan Colmes and George Soros' tax-exempt organizations as fronts for his slime. Larry King also helped out.

'Third, I believe Gibbs was trying to intimidate media from covering ‘Operation Aloha Obama,' which begins in six days. We have some powerful leads for our Hawaii team.

'Fourth, Gibbs was smearing me based on nothing I have written in the past quarter century. I must have led a pretty moral life if Gibbs could not find anything more current to slime me.

'Fifth, Barack Obama is an angry man who has been insulated from the American people by a cadre of Daley machine operatives and security guards. Obama's anger as a young man, which he confessed, continues today in his presidential campaign. If elected, he will carry his rage into the White House.

'In a strange way, Sean Hannity and I are the only two people in the media willing to stand up and tell the truth about Obama.

'Sixth, my disclosures and analysis about Obama were apparently completely correct, and were the first time anyone on national television ‘connected the dots' of the radical operations that have been a part of Obama's life since adolescence. Obama, Gibbs and Axelrod must be terrified of me.

'Seventh, Axelrod knows how I repeatedly successfully exposed corruption in Chicago and Illinois a third of a century ago, and helped send crooked judges to federal prison. And so Axelrod is trying to slime me to avoid having to answer questions about Obama's radical past. This is standard operating procedure for Axelrod and Obama. Obama slimed his primary opponent in 2004. He slimed his first general election opponent in 2004. A few weeks ago he started sliming John McCain. It won't work with me.

'David Axelrod can confirm, since he was a Chicago Tribune reporter at the time, my track record of fighting and documenting corruption, in Chicago and Cook County, in Illinois state government, and across the nation. Does Obama have any similar accomplishments? Perhaps that's why Axelrod is afraid of me. He has known me for decades.

'Most certainly I have made powerful enemies with my exposures, and they have relentlessly attacked me. They have never intimidated me.

'I have spent a lifetime fighting and exposing corruption and abuses in government, the courts and corporate life [www.AndyMartin.com]. Obama has spent his entire adult life groveling at the Daley Machine's table, endorsing corruption and pretending to be a reformer so he could serve as a ‘front' for evil people. I can't say if Obama is a dupe; but I have no doubt he is a front.

'Eighth, while I can't speak for Sean Hannity, I believe Obama' attacks against me are a sign of weakness, not strength. Sunday night we hit Obama's powder magazine. My research is continuing. Interestingly, Gibbs attacked me on TV but he failed to answer or contradict either my evidence or my conclusions. Gibbs would rather use 25 year-old nonsense to smear me instead of telling the truth about Barack Obama's sordid college years, when he apparently joined a radical cell with William Ayers and Bernadine Dorn. I consider Gibbs's personal attacks on me as complete vindication of my research, my evidence and my expert opinions.

'Ninth, as for Keith Olbermann, Thursday I will be releasing defamation notices that are being sent to NBC news and Olbermann personally. Olbermann has every right to criticize me. But he has no right to accuse me of vile behavior based on a 25 year-old lawsuit where I have repeatedly documented the falsity of the accusations.

'Olbermann's conduct is as scurrilous as if I attacked Olbermann for his political views based on the Olbermann's alleged sexual problems that have been reported in the media. Olbermann's alleged sexual problems and his political views have no connection; and reports about him are a lot more current than 25 years-old.

'Thirty-one years ago I settled a defamation claim against NBC News with a substantial payment, and without filing a lawsuit. I will make every effort to avoid a lawsuit. But I will not shrink from litigation.

'I would also point out that neither Obama nor Olbermann made any attempt to check the truth or falsity of their accusations. For over a quarter of a century I have been represented by Connecticut's foremost civil liberties lawyer, John R. Williams of New Haven. Mr. Williams would probably be willing to speak with any media about me and what I am and what I am not. I have authorized him to do so. Olbermann apparently would rather print lies than research the truth. I challenge anyone who is interested in pursuing this matter to call attorney Williams (203) 562-9931.

'Finally, what is fascinating about this battle is the way Obama's ‘team' is trying to divert attention from his clandestine relationship with William Ayers by demonizing me and Sean Hannity. I can't speak for Hannity but I am energized, not intimidated, by Obama's tactics. I am more convinced than ever that this angry poseur is unfit to serve in public office, let alone in the presidency.

executive position. He advises you to complete a thorough background
investigation and have it to him within 10 days.

You immediately call the private detective agency you have used for years
and give them the name and address of the prospective candidate, along with
the deadline for a high level security clearance.

Your next move is to call your assistant to your office, giving him/her the
candidate’s personal information along with instructions to ‘Do your
standard beginning background checks.’

Preliminary findings begin landing in your fax machine on the third day.

* Your candidate has used more than one name.

* His original birth certificate is unavailable, and

* he was mentored during his youth by a high level communist in
Hawaii.

* You receive a 3 page ‘dossier’ on Frank Marshall Davis.

* You also learn the candidate was proctored into an elite Eastern
private university by a middle eastern Muslim.

* You receive a short dossier on Khalid al-Mansour.

* You learn the candidate has terrorist organization ‘Nations of
Islam’ employees on his current staff, and one of his advisors is a member
of the global terrorist group ‘Muslim Brotherhood.’

On day four, you receive in the mail from the security agency two books the
candidate has written.

You read both books, highlighting the anti-American, anti-white racist
passages. You note the admissions of drug use.

You also receive in the packet a copy of the bitter anti-white thesis his
wife wrote as a college undergraduate. You receive a 4 page fax on the
candidate’s relative, Raila Odinga, who is connected with brutal Muslim
politics in Africa, and background information on the candidate’s estranged
father who was part of Kenya’s most corrupt regime.

The fifth day brings to your special delivery mail

* the complete background on Bill Ayers; his association with your
candidate, his FBI criminal record, and

* a copy of the book ‘Rules for Radicals’ written by communist Saul
Alinsky.

* You are advised your candidate used tactics from ‘Rules for
Radicals’ at his previous employment.

* You are advised the candidate’s wife used an excerpt from this book
during a recent speech

You receive by fax, a background on A.C.O.R.N. and an alert

* that this group is being watched by the U.S. Department of Justice
and other state and local law enforcement agencies.

* You learn your candidate is endorsed by every Muslim terrorist
organization on Earth; that he holds Muslim beliefs.

* His friend, Louis Farrakhan, is head of Nation of Islam.

* You learn that the candidate’s pastor met with global terrorist
Mohmmar Gadhafi in Libya, along with their mutual friend and anti-American
Louis Farrakhan.

* You receive printed transcripts of his pastor’s anti-White,
anti-American ‘sermons’ and are advised your candidate has been close
personal friends with this ‘pastor’ for two decades.

* Your candidate has referred to this radical pastor as his ‘personal
spiritual advisor,’ and in fact, the title of one of your candidates memoirs
was inspired by a line from this pastor’s ‘sermons.’

In your fax machine on the sixth morning is

* a file on one Tony Rezko; his friendship, associations and business
transactions with your candidate, as well as high level ‘people’ of middle
eastern origin, and his federal conviction.

You will spend most of day seven compiling a file on the candidate, The
Obama File , complete with footnotes and cross references.

Additional information is arriving regarding the candidate’s friends and
acquaintances during college, and you learn that

* he did not run with a mainstream crowd, but chose radicals and
communist agitators for his social group.

The morning of the eighth day has arrived and you and your assistant have
placed a small mountain of background information into manageable ‘piles’
including

* photographs of the candidate’s family in Africa,

* he and George Soros (including a brief file on the Soros ‘Open
Society Institute’),

* photos of the candidate and Louis Farrakhan and anti-Israel Arafat
advisor Edward Said.

You begin to outline and write your ‘Summary Evaluation’ to the Chairman of
the Board of Directors:

* This candidate has a tissue thin work experience resume.

* He has not managed large groups of personnel, departments, material,
or P&L statements.

* This candidate’s own writing exhibits a deep-seeded anger and
resentment towards people of the Caucasian race over the issue of slavery.

* His emotional gravitas is centered upon his African heritage, and
his belief that the white man is responsible for global poverty and unequal
sharing of wealth.

* The candidate’s personal associations since childhood have been
mostly with radical African Americans, Muslims, and communists; those who
harbor anger towards The United States of America.

* Particularly disturbing is his lengthy relationship with Bill Ayers,
an unrepentant Weatherman radical who bombed government buildings and
abdicated the overthrow of the United States.

* Given the current global situation of nearly twelve thousand Muslim
acts of terrorism since 911, it is disturbing to find his close associations

* I have highlighted passages in both books and find one particularly
disturbing: ‘Should the political winds shift in an ugly direction I will
side with the Muslims.’

* The candidate has surrounded himself with anti-American grievance
mongers, and appears to manipulate ‘typical white people’ by appealing to
their guilt about slavery.

* He is a socialist, and totally disenfranchised from the history of
‘root America.’

* The candidate refuses to discuss his years at Columbia University,
although he lived off campus and made few friends.

* He will not release his application to the state bar notes which
raises questions on several issues including the use of drugs.

* Very little is available about his experience with the Chicago
Annenberg Challenge, a foundation that spent $100 million with no
discernable benefit for the schools and students that it was putatively
designed to help

It is therefore my strongest recommendation this candidate not be considered
for any position within the corporation.

WITH THIS RECORD, HE SHOULDN’T EVEN BE CLEARED FOR ‘UNCLASSIFIED’. SO HOW
CAN HE POSSIBLY BE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF?
