Please Help!

My grandparents have been life-long Democrats, but are voting Republican for the first time in their lives. They received a call last night from someone from the Democratic Party asking if they could send my grandparents absentee ballots to fill out so they wouldn’t have to go wait in line. (They are in their 80’s) They said sure.

Should we be worried? I don’t know anyhting about absentee ballots. We always vote in-person. Will they be able to vote in this general election if they are still affiliated with the Demoncrat party?

I just talked to my dad. He’s 85 and his lady friend is also 85. She got a call last night. They didn’t identify themselves but asked which candidate they are voting for. She told them “NEITHER ONE!”....The caller hung up...

Now the truth is that they’re both voting for McCain
