You do realize that what you're doing is actually working for Obama.

No. What I am doing is working *for* Reagan Conservatism, which, quite unfortunately, pits me against the lion's share of the rhinestone Republicans here on this forum.

This is no fine line where you and I can amicably agree to disagree. This is a matter of glaring error, especially since the bailout and the ensuing threat to socialize the banking system.

If you wanted to fight this fight, the time to do it was during the primaries. They're over, btw.

Big Business interests have always been the money in the Republican party, and with the primaries hopelessly stacked with RINO states and open voting, no Conservative can survive long enough to get to get to the red states, where Conservative money lies. Since he can't get the votes, his mike is taken away at the debates, so conservatives are effectively stifled before the Conservative base can even hear them, and you well know it. It is plain to see.

There were *no* Conservatives by the time red states got a say.

You can either suck it up and vote for McCain/Palin, or be an Obama shill.

Screw McCain, and screw 0bama. I will continue to defend Reagan Conservatism- Something y'all seem to have forgotten.

But if you choose the latter course, don't expect any of us to treat you as anything other than the enemy.

Knock yourself out. You have no intellectual argument. All you can do is throw poo and cry, even as you do now. You know damn well I am not supporting 0bama. You are just offended that I refuse to support your scurrilous bastard of a candidate, and have no means to defend him- so that is what you must resort to.

Sorry, in the real world, if you screw McCain, you get Obama. Chuck Baldwin and his 0.3% of the vote won't save you.

McCain is far from perfect. But he is pro-life. He's pro-2A. He's in favor of victory in Iraq. And he picked Sarah Palin. Those issues are easily enough for me to get enthusiastic, especially compared to the disaster that Obama would be.

Your ill-timed ranting aside (I don't remember seeing you around during the primaries, bub), thanks a bunch for bumping this thread.
