I used to refer to McCain as McSocialist, so I am aware of his past. Now is the time for him to out away childish ways and see thru the glass clearly.

God save our Republic.

U.S. conservatism will never, ever make any serious gains again after November 4, 2008! The entire U.S., as a country, will truly be turned into a third world socialistic country forever. Both Barack Obama and John McCain are really socialists, and conservatives have already lost the ‘08 Presidency long before November 4 even happens. When the political left, both Democrats and “leftist” Republicans, is in complete control of everything important, then they are very dangerous as well as very abusive with all of their political power. The long-term damage that leftists successfully create will be very severe on all of the issues! Sometime after January 20, 2009, the dominating political left will eventually fully enact the Fairness Doctrine, and they will also eventually legally allow both criminals and illegal immigrants to have the right to vote in all future U.S. elections! U.S. conservatism will not be able to successfully match the total numbers of these new voters who do vote “all leftist, all of the time”, and U.S. conservatism will eventually die. Only a very successful, very serious, and very well organized civil war throughout the entire U.S. by a majority of non-leftists could really turn things around politically for all non-leftists from within the U.S. (or whatever the political left changes the name of the U.S. to, if they do even change the name of the U.S. to something else; also the possible succession of some states to become independent countries could also happen). A long-term political “mess” is really coming to the U.S., and we are all forced to see it happen.

Don’t be discouraged!

McCain will NOT attack Obambi at the next debate the way we think he should, that’s a given. I am very much with Rush on this, we are going to have pick McCain up and carry him over the finish line. We must and we will!

God love him, McCain either just doesn’t get it or he is in a “old man just trying to get to heaven” mode. Either way, we have NOT lost the battle. Never give up, never quit.

Ronald Reagan would not be giving ANY voice to defeat or doubt at this point. Any point. You fight with every last breath.

If McCain could quit opening his mouth with band-aid prescriptions for the economy, I believe a good chunk of the debate in the next 10 days could be very favorable to him. At least part of the focus until the next debate will be on Obama and he always fares worse when the focus is on him. They’ll be more news cycles about Ayers, Rezko, and Wright. McCain has provided himself with excellent cover on the issue, as he repeatedly cites Hillary raising it as an issue in the primary and Obama also admitting that it was fair game. McCain is also starting to bleed him on taxes, as part of the debate on the economy has focused on reigning in spending in light of the circumstances. Even the New York Times admitted McCain is the only candidate who has mentioned freezing spending in most areas. It is accepted economic fact that raising taxes in a recession isn’t wise. The facts also prove that Obama’s tax hikes won’t cover the costs of his health care and education proposals.

Bottom line : McCain drives up Obama’s negatives and tightens the race if he focuses on character and taxes/spending.

Those are McCain’s winning issues. Contrast the war hero against the Daley machine’s favorite son with questionable ties. Contrast fiscal responsibility (at least the semblance of it) against a fake Democratic tax cut and trillions in additional debt.

The chant of the Marxist is the reason it hasn’t worked is because it needed to be a capitalist country it tookover.

The goal is to suck just enough out of taxpayers that they don’t give up producing. They can then bring in his left-wing leaders to takeover every aspect of our lives.

They are now looking at taxing 401k’s, that’s an 80 billion dollar a year tax increase.

I am not real sure why you are posting all of this anti-McCain stuff to me. He wasn’t my first choice either. But we have who we have at the top of the ticket. The Obama option is not acceptable to me and I will do whatever I have to do to defeat him. We can deal with whatever President McCain serves up to us later when our freedom is safe from a Socialist.

I agree that McCain should have been a lot more aggressive and run a different style campaign. It was a mistake for him to condemn those ads run by the North Carolina GOP the featured Rev. Wright. It was a mistake to criticize that guy who introduced McCain a rally who dared to say Obama’s middle name. It was a mistake for McCain to say that he was going to run a polite issues oriented campaign. There was absolutely nothing to gain by doing any of that. Bush got re-elected because of the Swift Boat Vets. Bush didn’t condemn them, he them do their thing. As much of a doormat as Bush has been in a lot of ways, at least he understood what was needed to win an election.

Having said all that, why should it be solely up to McCain to talk about this stuff? Where are the 527s? The Swift Boat Vet ads aired way before October. What are these 527 groups waiting for? I don’t know much about 527s, can anyone enlighten me as to why they aren’t running any ads as of yet?

Sorry, John. The time has past to attack Obama. Put the ad money out there, and folks will get it on Obama, just as they did on Kerry.

Show leadership in fixing this economic disaster. Reform the system, punish those who manipulated it.

Guide the nation into an era of small government, lower taxes, but strong leadership in crisis.

Obama is a rookie punk. The market is already crashing anticpating his raising taxes into the teeth of financial meltdown of near biblical proportions.

McCain better refute/rebut as many lies that comes from Obama as he can.

John McCain needs to ignore every question and just give short speeches on specific items, almost like campaign commercials that finally, the whole world might see. If a topic happens to match a question or two, that would be fortuitous but unimportant. Senator McCain needs quick verbal rabbit and kidney punches to demoralize and incapacitate NObama.

How is just having “wussy, socialistic, maverick” John McCain as the next POTUS really “safe from a socialist” when the next Congress, in both the House and Senate, will probably also be full of a socialistic majority of both Democrats and “leftist” Republicans? Why do so many people not see that the total political makeup of the next Congress is really even more important than who the next POTUS is? Remember, all legislation has to be created by Congress before heading to the POTUS for further action.

Palin may seem like a conservative breath of fresh air next to McCain. But she is a conservative midget next to Hunter

Stats show that most “undecided voters”, actually decide within 14 days of the election. it only makes sense that he tries to keep his powder dry for maximum effect.
We will see and hear a much more aggressive McCain from the 3rd debate on.
We will see the same effort from the MSM to discredit McCain, his service, his VP, his wife, his kids, his exwife, the stripper he dated, the planes he flew, his father, his grandfather, his mother.

I just hope he doesn't get gun-shy by all the “racist” accusations that will be thrown his way.
You can't mention his name, you can't mention his associations, his past jobs, his job performance, his schooling, his views, his religion, his family without being labeled a racist.

This tactic has been honed over the past twenty years and will be used as much as possible.

I wish.....”We are in tough cicumstances. I see it in the faces of the men and women I meet. Fear, uncertaintity, doubt, has crept into the minds of most Americans. Times are tough. There was a time in my life when things were very dark. I had every reason not to have much hope. Despair was my constant companion. Who did I turn to? Some of the greatest Americans I have ever had the privledge to know(LIST OF NAMES, MOH winners etc.). These men picked me up when I was beaten down. They healed me when my body was sick and broken. These men were, simply put, Americans. The strength and greatness of this Nation flowed through them and strengthened me. It was the defining moment of my life. I love this country and what it did for me. How about you Senator Obama. What was the darkest moment of your life? Who were your friends and how did they help you through it? What about the greatness of this nation inspired you during this time of trial?”

John McCain would accomplish many things in doing this. Most Americans still love this country. McCain would appeal to them and at the same time make Obama talk about himself. Anything Obama came up with would pale in comparison. Obama would have to name some friends. Who are his friends? Can he name one? Make him articulate his love for this country. I don’t think he could do it. I think this would really resonate.
