Nope. not jivin' ya. They want to let immigrants in and accept their credentials from their countries, which are in many cases sub standard to ours, instead of having them re-take exams.

There is also pressure to put more work from Docs to RN's, RN onto LPNS, from LPN to certified aids etc. thus lowering the quality of health care.
