This is A DUD. The concepts of socialism, communism, and totalitarianism have been so watered down by the media and schools that most Americans either don’t care or see those terms as archiac throwbacks to the McCarthy hearings. You and I know better, certainly, but I’m talking about most people.

The true believers and Obama can have each other. I’m concerned about reaching the ones who might vote for Obama just because he’s the “not-Bush” candidate. The ones who want to switch parties in the White House, as if that could make all of our troubles go away. They can be persuaded. I know people like this. There are lots of them.
