He’s finally taking the damn gloves off.
Good stuff. He didn’t ask Sarah to do the dirty work and is stepping up.
Sarah looks gorgeous today!
YEOWCH!!! Fannie Mae money! Second highest in history!
executives advised him and taken money!!!
yes!!!!!
do it do it
Where was THIS John last night?!?! Damn*t!
yep John is doing the heavy lifting today.
Go get em John!
[Obama] has received more money from Freddy and Fannie than anybody but the chairman that was supposed to oversee them
The polls say otherwise. It’s not wise to discount EVERY public poll.
Personally, I really just hope for a solid filibuster in the senate. If we lose Dole and McConnell that will be a travesty.
I hope you’re right about the polls. I learned my lesson on not trusting the polls after 2006.
Fox feed went down for me, so I can’t watch. I’m glad he is now throwing some punches.
Sarah looked beautiful when the feed was up (no sound). I’ll have to depend on you all.
Where was THIS McCain last night???
McCain is really good today...he seems more relaxed on the attack...
How did the feed get cut off?
FIGURES!!!
I missed the second half of her talk. Were her gloves on and heels off now that she’s appearing with McCain again? I imagine no mention of Ayers, any red meat to replace it?
I’m listening to McCain now, and it drives me crazy that he casts this whole Fannie Freddie thing as only lacking supervision—rather than being a government-forced disaster. Oh well, I really like McCain’s approach to health care, maybe he’ll refine his pitch on it now.
Just guessin'.
We need this fire on national TV, NOT just when preaching to the choir!
Always give me a thrill/chill when veterans asked to raise our hands.
Let me tell a story, please. In August 2006 I went to a funeral service for the second son of a Lubbock Hispanic family — one lost in Iraq, one in Afghanistan. I drove two hours each way because those crazy Phelps nuts from Kansas were going to demonstrate. I went inside the church and took a seat. Part way through the service, the veterans were asked first to raise their hands and then stand up. After the applause, we were asked to come to the front of the church and stand behind the casket. I was still in my blue-collar work clothes but everyone not with the family was casual too. Anyway, a sergeant called us all to attention and then hand salute as a recording played taps. I was standing behind the casket while on the other side one of the women was sobbing quietly. As the tears flowed down my face, we honored the solider. Later, as I exited the church, we were honored with a line of American flags on each side. A large group of Patriot Guard motorcycle members stood between the us and the other demonstrators. It was one of the most moving experiences of my life.
EXACTLY. I am seeing this in Florida. People who I know from passing their homes are Dems who had Hillary primary signs or Kerry or Gore do not have Obama signs. They have their Dem CongressCritter or local State Rep Dem sign.
I think you will see a LOT of white Dems not vote for Obama because they will lose the party to Obama and extremists. If they belong to a union - their new union hed may be an Obama guy and they will be on the street.
I think Hillary voters in PA and other states are being asked to vote for the party but “IT AIN’T” their party anymore if Obama is in charge. The only way they get the party back is if McCain wins and the Clintons take it back.
CNN is still carrying it.
Sounds to me like he’s building up to questioning Obama’s character and judgment. I’m hoping it leads to his judgment about Ayers and Wright.
