IMHO, Bush should never have argued the case in court. He should have said at the very beginning he doesn't care if the judge rules in his favor or not

Do you REALLY want the Executive to have the power to detail persons without appeal - and that they should be allowed to ignore court decisions when someone is wrongly held and without due process? Be careful what you ask for, you might get it.

If they are POWs you can bet your life I feel that way...until the hostilities end! Furthermore, the US Constitution applies to US citizens...NO ONE ELSE! Don't you agree with that???

Clown judges have NO PLACE telling the President how to conduct a war!!! Such appears nowhere in the Constitution or their constitutional mandate.

The vast majority of these POWs want you DEAD! Does that bother you at all?

Indeed, the President should take the judges written decision, go before a press conference and tear it into tiny pieces. He should then tell the clown judge if he has a problem with that to make an appointment!
