By the way, good thinking. McCain did miss a chance there and noone else caught it. Fox was terrible tonight (except for Fred).
I would further point out that O’Bambi’s telling Pres. Karzi that “Afghanistan needs to do more” is about like telling an underfed midget with broken arms and legs to go out and take on a Doberman. This guy (Obama) who claims we need to work more closely with our allies sure doesn’t seem to apply that notion to our middle eastern allies!!!
Obama’s service program = A DRAFT!
I can't believe any potential voter would consider this genuine “foreign policy”!
The “oldies” among us, including myself, know how well the first draft turned out! (My husband has taken to calling me an Obamaphobe. He, Obama, really does push all my phobia buttons! LOL!)
Single. If I was perfect a beautiful, conservative woman would have found me by now.
Obama said alot of goofy stuff last night. I could have sworn I heard him say in the first few minutes that he would get us all jobs in public works.
I am very puzzled at Obama’s hatred of Pakistan. I agree that the place has problems; as for Musharaff, he may not have been great, but he was better than the alternatives. And don’t forget that we were the ones who (a) prevented him from being president and leader of the army at the same time, and (b) basically made him step aside. Unless, of course, Obama is so dumb he doesn’t even realize that Musharraf, like many of the things Obama was complaining about, is yesterday’s news?
But I thought it was the height of recklessness for Obama to make a central part of his proposed foreign policy the threat to attack a state (not an amorphous terrorist force) that has never attacked or threatened us in any way. Maybe Obama is upset because Pakistan is actually having some success against AQ (if it weren’t, they wouldn’t bother bombing it as they have been doing) or maybe he’s just trying to take the heat off Iran. But whatever he’s doing, it’s mystifying and extremely irresponsible.
How about getting McCain/Palin a calendar? The reason Obama repeats the argument is because his opponents never refute it. McCain is all surge, all the time. I can't recall him ever defending the decision to go to war in Iraq.
The November elections shall either show we where a bit to nervous or that our wildest nightmares have come to past.
I have a box of rocks in my office, and I can confirm that.
After careful investigation, I find that the box of rocks has uttered far fewer stupid, ignorant, false, dishonest, deceitful, and disingenuous comments than Barak Hussein 0bama.
In fact, the box of rocks has uttered zero such statements.
Barak Hussein 0bama, on the other hand ...
What's 0bama lying about now?
