As King of Florida points out in #57, what Lolo Soetero probably did via his adoption or assertion of guardianship to get Barry into an Indonesia school wouldn't have effectively removed Barry Jr.'s US citizenship, unless perhaps Barry applied for and got an Indonesian passport, on which he may have traveled to Pakistan.

Indonesian, apparently not allowing dual citizenship, almost certain would've had an oath of allegiance that renounced all other previous nationalities or allegiances.

That wouldn't look too good to a voting public, would it?

Some of these problems are less of an issue after the election, where if they were known prior to would almost certainly make Barry unelectable. If ultimately BHMO is certified as qualifying for the Presidency, Constitutionally, it may not matter whether it's shown Barry may have sworn allegiance to two other countries, for example.

Its also possible that some countries like Indonesia and Kenya didn’t keep very good records back in the early 60’s. When did Kenya become a country? Quite often in countries like these, important records like birth certificates, certificates of marriage and or divorce are lost to wars, fires and other acts of nature.

I hear they also detain people that attempt to find those records as well, case in point Jerome Corsi who is being detaining in Kenya right now...

Here is a relevant question answered by an immigration lawyer. Notice part 2 in the answer, please. This lawyer explains it better than I did in my last post...

http://immigration-law.justanswer.com/questions/1cooa-person-born-august-4

Can a person born on August 4, 1961 in Hawaii of only one
Sent to Immigration Law Experts August 08 05:33 PM

Can a person born on August 4, 1961 in Hawaii of only one parent having a U. S. Citizenship with the father being a citizen of a foreign country be a U. S. citizen? Or, does a later law automatically make him a citizen by being born in the U. S. or a U. S. territory. I understand the citizen law when he was born prevented his being born a citizen because of only one parent having U. S. citizenship.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. I am happy to assist you.

You may claim US Citizenship on two separate and unrelated grounds:

1. Hawaii became a state in 1959. A child born on American soil automatically gets U.S. citizenship, unless the child is born to a foreign government official who is in the United States as a recognized diplomat.

2. Persons born between 12/24/52 and 11/13/86 - If one parent was a US citizen and resided in the US for at least ten years, aat least five of which were after age 16, you are a citizen.

I hope that the information which I provided was helpful to you.

Best wishes for a successful outcome. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to submit them to me directly.

Thank you,

agree that since Soetero apparently didn't come along until much later, the original, legal, long form BC almost certainly does not have Soetero on it, but there may well have been a Soetero version of this COLB, in support of adoption, acceptance through marriage, or whatever the Indonesian version of that would have been, contemporaneously.

Then find the foreign versions. Soetoro is a foreign national. If Soetoro adopted Obama then it would have been done in Indonesian courts, and the U.S. birth certificate would not be changed. An Indonesian birth certificate, or whatever they use, would have been issued. So where is it?

Someone in Hawaiian government with access to COLB certificates and even a hand stamp might well have "seen their way clear" be helpful to Barry, apparently without doing anything "illegal" by putting together an Obama COLB, perhaps with referenced to a Soetero COLB in lieu of reference to the legal original, and in the process, changing or back-forming what was thought to be a seemingly inconsequential fact or two, e.g., "African" (sure sounds more PC than "Arab", doesn't it?).

Sure they would have. And Berg also may be right about Bush and Cheney being responsible for 9/11. But I highly doubt that as well.

As an addendum: Kenya became independent on December 12, 1963.

Welcome to FR - and Congrats on your 24 hour anniversary, too! :)

So... in your post you say you’ve SEEN these documents from the HOSPITAL, itself? Or, are you saying you’ve SEEN the COLB fist hand?

Either way, I’m very intrigued... Praytell, how were you able to see these documents yourself? Did you actually HOLD them in your hands? Or, are you referring to viewing them on the Internet like the rest of us? Also, which “hardened” tin foil skeptics are you referring to? (just curious on that last question...).

Dual citizenship - dual identity, what’s the dif?

Hey, how many legal birth certificates with differing information and names, is one person allowed to have?

It depends on the country they hold dual citizenship in, and that country’s requirements for citizenship as well. Also, there has been mention that in some countries even a minor child achieving citizenship through official adoption may have to reassert their wishes for US citizenship upon reaching the age of majority. There is even a lot of talk about Obama holding Kenyan citizenship through his father (which was part of the British Empire back then) which may have expired sometime in the 80s if he failed to assert his wish to recognize it...

OK so a minor child loses their citizenship.

No they can't. A natural born citizen, even a minor, cannot lose their citizenship due to the actions of others, even their parent or guardian. If Obama was, in fact, granted Indonesian citizenship he retained his U.S. citizenship until he reached 18. At that time he would have had to give it up, through one of several different expatriating acts.

Naturalized citizenship is a birthright that cannot be taken away from you. Only you can give it up.

Didn’t Obama lie on his law license application by saying he had no other names?

Your post gives two ways one can be considered a natural born citizen, and number 1 would be the applicable one. Obama was born on U.S. soil. His father was not a diplomat. He is a natural born U.S. citizen. What's hard to understand about that?

And if your contention is that he wasn't born on U.S. soil then I assume you have evidence supporting that.
